Yesterday I had a massage booked for 2:10 I received a call from staff at Oceanic Spa saying that I was late for my appointment, I said no I'm booked in for 2:10, she replied no you booked for 1pm and 2:10 pm .
I had booked for 1 initially but the booking app didn't confirm or send me an email so I booked again, I received an email confirming the 2:10 pm appointment only, she said you can come in now if you want to so I went in, had my massage and during the massage she asked if I would like to try the cupping therapy for free for the last 20 minutes of my massage, I said sure.
So I finish my massage went out and gave her my gift voucher and went to leave, she said no you still owe $120, I replied no I don't because it wasn't my fault that you have a glitch in your computer system, I rang my daughter and told her so she got on the phone and spoke to the staff and said that they were wrong and mum is not paying for a service that she didn't get. I left and the staff member came out and physically assaulted me and said you not leaving you have to pay, i nearly walked out in front of a car because of this, I was so upset it spoilt my day.

Visited on 22 Aug 2021 and received oil massage and cupping from Alina. She is incredible! I haven’t feel so relaxed for a long long time. As an office worker I have been suffering from stiff neck and shoulders for quite a while and trying hard to find a good massage therapist, finally I made it! Alina provided nice and firm massage and offered useful suggestions on my conditions.
The environment is quiet chilling and they provide a cup of hot tea after the treatment. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for real massage and I will definitely become a regular customer for Oceanic Spa.

Absolutely amazing facial. I got a hydro facial and was worth it! The therapist paid attention to every problem area I had. My skin and pores looked amazing immediately afterwards and days after Im still glowing. My skin was looking dull and dry beforehand so very happy I came here. Will definitely will be booking in again in a few months.

Had the most amazing experience at Oceanic Spa in Moonah! My partner and I were visiting from out of state and decided to treat ourselves to a massage as we’d never had one. We got the Ultimate package and it was AMAZING. The staff were so friendly and kind, they talked with us and explained the whole process and put us at ease. They tailored our experience to each of our needs and helped release muscle tension I didn’t even know I had! If we were locals we’d be there every week 😊
