Incredible staff easy to get along with! This 2 bedroom cabin was huge. 2 toilets 2 bathrooms kitchen laundry large dining room and large lounge room. With a pool just outside the room and a private back yard too. This place is so close to the beach and food/alcohol. If it had 10 stars to rate this place and staff I would give them the 10 out of 10.

This is a well maintained place to stay. This time we stayed as two couples. The unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms at either end. Lots of room, big lounge and decent sized dining table. The oven and cook top work efficiently, so cooking meals was easy. Enough cutlery and crockery. A good sized refrigerator. We stayed here 5 nights and didn't want to leave. There's an exceptionally clean swimming pool as well as being walking distance to the beach. The local club is just down the road and there are shops and eateries close by as well. The owners are lovely and will help you with information or anything you need. A home away from home in a quiet spot. We will be back.

I agree with positive comments below but add some additional comments. ||This place would be rated a 3.5 out of 5 in usual accommodation ratings. But what stands out in our current stay (2 bed unit, #5) is the spaciousness and the well equipped kitchen ( compared to the usual miserly types). Most of all though, the cleanliness. Hardwood flooring in the kitchen and living areas is good. Wifi is very good. Mark an obliging and friendly host.

We stayed in the a bedroom apartment. The benefits of ground gloor and parking at ghe door can't be overstated. Room was very clean and tidy. Space was well utilised and fitted out. Excellent service from the proprietors. Have stayed at many properties in Coffs, will stay here again soon.

We contacted Mark after our air bnb booking didn't work out. We were lucky enough to book in at Oceana Holiday Units at very short notice. Mark was really helpful on the phone and had a room ready for us within 30minutes. ||Our unit was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated, with everything you could need for a short (or extended) stay. Only a short walk to a beautiful beach and a short drive to local shops. The kids loved the pool and we couldn't have asked for anything better. Will definitely stay again.

Nice, comfortable, clean place to stay. Rooms were lovely, located within walking distance of the beach and local pub/eateries. Very well priced....would definitely stay here again when visiting Coffs!

We we booked into the studio apartment room. The pictures obviously relate to other rooms so we felt let down on arrival. The room was clean but feel very uncomfortable that the previous guest has washed the crockery for us to use. As it was an overnight stay I barely had time to read ALL the rules regarding to the room. These rules only detract from the stay and cost goodwill. Emptying bins before we leave or get charged... believe it or not.

Was looking for an accommodation and booked it last minute, the room is clean and with cooking appliances and utensils for cooking. You can park car in front of accommodation. Place was also quiet and is accessible to the shopping centre only 1.2km walk.
