Not sure which feature I'd like to review higher - the apartment, the location or the management team!
Located close enough to restaurants, bars, shopping and beaches to either walk or ride our bikes and avoid the issue of finding a parking space. Excellent location!
The apartment had everything we look for in holiday accommodation for our family. Clean and well presented, good amount of space in bedrooms and living areas. Balconies to enjoy sitting outside plus the added access to a rooftop area with spa was a definite bonus.
The management team deserves a 5 star review also. Very friendly, super easy to contact and very helpful. They made our stay a breeze ml.

Jeremy ensures that the maintenance at Ocean Vista is kept up to a high standard. The apartments are also cleaned thoroughly prior to arrival. The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. Ocean Vista is a peaceful and well situated holiday destination. We wish we could stay longer.

Stayed 7 days to enjoy beaches and to visit a brother who lives inland. During the week the place was quiet but at the weekend there was some partying/yelling on balcony til early hours despite 10pm quiet curfew. Next day spoke to resident in nearby residential building who remarked about 'yobbos up from Brisbane'. Apart from that a good stay.

This was our first holiday as a family! We will be back! Loved every part of the stay. Great location. Great price. Amazing customer service, made you feel a part of the family. Easy check-in and check-out. The rooftop spa was great, never wanted to get out because outside was freezing. The apartment was very clean and tidy, loved the toilet was separate to the main bathroom as well.

I've never wrote a bad review before but this was a terrible experience. Booked a 1 bedroom superior apartment with a rooftop spa in advance. On arrival, I was assigned a completely different room with no rooftop access. No communication about this from management. Note, the only reason I chose this hotel was for the private spa and rooftop BBQ area.||They answered my phone call straight away when enquiring about key access (there's no reception) and again about parking (parking allocation was incorrect). Then failed to answer after entering the room to discover it wasn't the room I booked. ||Followed up with an email to give them a chance to rectify the issue. No response. Poor management not taking responsibility. When booking accomodation, I expect it to be what it says it is. Never had this problem until now. Disappointing stay.

Highly recommend. We had a unit with a rooftop spa. Incredibly private, very quiet great to relax. Very helpful staff, not that we needed anything. Clean and well equipped unit, even supplied beach towels which was fantastic. Will definitely be back and recommend to family and friends.

Absolutely loved staying here. The apartment was very neat and clean. The kitchen and the apartment itself had everything that you needed. It was within walking distance to Mooloolaba. We had access to our very own spa and barbecue area which was clean and tidy and to top it off with an ocean view! I'll definitely be back on my next trip to the Sunshine Coast.

Great apartment complex in an awesome location! Our 2 bedroom apartment was huge, almost to the point of getting lost in it!! Amenities were fantastic and service was kind and accommodating. The rooftop spas are awesome, our kids loved having a spa each night! I had assumed that the spas were part of the room however and would be on our balcony but they’re literally on the rooftop of the property, not just outside the apartment if that makes sense - my misunderstanding but it wasn’t an issue. The spas are very private and also have ample space for BBQs and outside eating. We’d definitely stay at this property again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the Sunshine Coast. It was also a fairly quick walk to the aquarium- great location. A+ property!
