A very unmaintained and extremely dirty apartment in a beautiful location. After we complained, the agency (Holiday Coffs Coast-Winona) offered us an alternative accommodation (after many emails). That accommodation was apparently much better, but the problem with the dirt was even worse. I was bitten by bugs in my bedroom, and there were a lot of dead bugs on the floor. Ants were also roaming around the apartment...Disgusting! Don't stay there!

My wife and I have stayed at these apartments several times and again we weren't let down on our trip back to Brisbane.||This time we also brought the mother-in-law and YES, she gave her seal of approval! So much so, upon departure yesterday, she went looking for Phillip (the manager) and the another lovely lady (the cleaner).||I found Barb talking with her captive audience telling them the apartment had everything she wished for, so clean and just the perfect place to be 'home away from home.' Although busy with their chores, I thought they were so kind to spend so much time listening to Barb's feedback.||We will no doubt return again - can't disagree with Barb.||These apartments are quite special amongst a very competitive array of nearby accommodation places.||There's a really nice café at the front and worth breakkie, even if you aren't staying at the apartments

I came to Coffs Harbour as a single traveller for a sporting carnival and Ocean Spray was a fantastic choice at the right price. I had a single room and it was very spacious with a large balcony, not the most modern but Coffs is an outdoor kind of place The pool is big enough and is pleasant particularly in the afternoon when it may be a bit windy on the beach. ||||Ocean Spray is in a good location as you have a cafe 10m away for breakfast.||The bowls club, the iconic Hoey Moey hotel and the surf club ( a nice walk away) all do a good lunch with the first two doing dinner as well.||||The park beach plaza shopping centre is also just up the road (a longer walk) if you want to buy groceries and eat in.||||The beach is just over the road and if you are into jogging or walking there are trails through to Diggers Beach and down to Coffs Harbour Creek.||||Staff were great.||||Couldn't ask for more at the price

My family and I stayed at the Ocean Spray Apartments over a long weekend. We had a 2 bedroom apartment and found the rooms large and spotlessly clean (especially the bathroom). I can recommend the Cafe next door for breakfast or lunch, great coffee and food. We found the owner / manager Phillip to be extremely helpful and accommodating. Overall this was a great place to stay for the weekend.

Stayed here for 1 night coming back from Gold coast, QLD. Owner was nice an friendly.|The good thing about the place is the location close to the plaza, maccas, etc an beach. |For the price it was expensive due to school holidays start an sleeping on a Sunday night.|There's car park it's first in best dress, no elevators only stairs has a decent balcony.|Everything inside is pretty old, especially the oven it looked like antique from the 50s. Pretty standard room bed was nice an comfortable. |Overall didn't have much of a issue.

Couple stayed with baby. Was a good choice. Fully self contained, not modern but very clean tidy and organised. Bub explored the nicely maintained park area which was lovely. Had dinner at the bowling club directly across the road. Walked 5 - 10 mins to the big shopping centre. Would stay again. Oh I saw other reviews people whining about the stairs - I had bub with me and the stairs were fine! Oh and shout out to the owner for helping me with bags on arrival. That's what you call service.

My wife & I travel a lot throughout NSW & QLD and were very pleased to come across these apartments in a lovely part of Coffs Harbour - walk across the road to the beach, the Bowls club and the cheap-eats hotel 'The Howey Mowey'.||Phillip and Donna could not have been nicer. They were polite, pleasant to deal with and even surprised us by giving extra linen half way through our stay and took away our kitchen rubbish.||The apartment was very clean and everything we could have expected were there.||We liked it so much that we have already booked a return visit.||Also very good value for money!

We stayed here over the October long weekend and this is possibly the best apartment i have stayed in while traveling and i am a travel agent so have stayed at alot of places. Great loaction and very well kept.||The apartments have been freshly renovated and eveything was brand new which was great.||Couldnt fault the property at all however i did find the staff that lease this property out to be quiet rude on several different occassions talking to then. ||I would highly recommend this property.
