Enjoyed a 12 day stay in 2 bed ocean view apartment. Great size. Good balcony. Fridge needs replacing. Could do with a few more extras like platters . Cleaning on day 5 bathrooms not done. Just those couple of small things but overall good apartment. Fantastic location. Parking very good and convenient. Although not modern and getting older I would recommend on price point and would stay again largely due to superb location.

Was a very nice place, it had some great qualities and the movies selection was awesome. The kitchen was really well set up but the utensils in there were pretty filthy and in bad condition. Also the door shut did nothing to minimise sound at all. So you could hear everything all the time just as if you were sitting on the balcony. Other than that would recommend

After a very appreciative early check-in, we are staying in a one bedroom ocean view room on the 10th floor which is great! The design of the building is very clever which allows for very private balconies whereby one wall is shared with your own bedroom. It's probably one of the best balconies we've had. The apartment itself is very nice and quiet. The only criticism we have is the bathroom needs some hooks to hang towels and clothing etc. At this stage we'll definitely be back. 4.8 Stars

Fantastic, every time we stay. Staff are great, facilities are fantastic (may be the best hotel gym I've come across with free weights, cable machine, outdoor cali gym, not to mention how fun the games room is while you wait for your room), and rooms are always clean, spacious, and lovely.

The location of Ocean Pacific Resort is absolutely unbeatable. It’s just a 5mins walk to the Broadbeach South tram and bus station, 10mins to Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, and another 5min to the beach. Everything you need is within walking distance, making it an excellent base for exploring the Gold Coast.

The check-in experience was pleasant, with the staff allowing us to check in early, which we really appreciated. Also, the lift system is impressively efficient—you never have to wait more than two minutes, which is a small but nice convenience.

However, there were some significant downsides to our stay. We stayed 6 nights. While I was aware that the apartment is non-serviced, I was unprepared for the lack of basic amenities. There was no salt and pepper for cooking, no daily replenishment of shampoo, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, or rubbish bags. I understand that guests are expected to supply these items themselves, but it would have been helpful to know this clearly upfront. Alternatively, these items can be purchased at reception, but they come with a hefty price tag. Had I known this beforehand, I would have reconsidered booking this property.

Additionally, the condition of the rooms was disappointing. The apartments are clearly dated, with cracks visible on doors and other surfaces. There was mold in the shower, and we found items underneath the beds.

In summary, while the location is excellent and the staff were friendly, the lack of basic provisions, dated rooms, and cleanliness issues detracted from our stay. With better maintenance, attention to detail, and clearer communication about what is provided, this could be a much better experience.

do yourselves a favour and just don’t stay here. i don’t even
know where to start?…the rooms
are filthy , full
of dust, reception are not helpful at all and act like they are doing you a favour if you ask them something . tiny pool area. 2 bedroom “ocean view” apartment obstructed by palm trees . mind you i booked a year in advance and spoke to
someone before our arrival to
make sure we were getting a room
that had full
ocean view. this really needs to be changed because let me tell you level 7 is not full ocean view and you’re getting ripped off if you stay anywhere below level 12!!!!!!!! it’s obstructed by palm trees. stay at carmel by the sea instead . oh and the lack
of air conditioning in the main bedroom is horrendous…also the doors on the inside don’t lock so if you have young children you’ll need to put a chair behind the door which i found pretty bad.

Had the best 11days stay at Ocean Pacific Resort Broadbeach. Staff were super friendly and very accommodating, so close to shops, Beach and main bit of Broadbeach . The pool area was awesome and our two boys spent a lot of time in the pool, spa and sauna .
Thankyou Ocean pacific we will be back.

We had one great stay. Being in Broadbeach gave us easy access to all the places we wanted to go to. Had our own car park, the staff went out of their way to assist us. Would definitely stay there again.
