The entire experience, from super clean accommodation to; once gain, a superb dining experience is to be highly recommended!!! Consistency can be a challenge in the accommodation and restaurant service industry, yet these guys deliver once again. The team on the restaurant floor ALL deliver and engage. A fantastic crew! Suggest - great leadership, AND clearly an awesome Chef. Our evening commenced with an entree, the ‘coral trout spring rolls’ just think about that for a moment, baby tapas like fillets with… and this was recommended, before we got there by an enthusiastic reception. Our entree was to die for! The restaurant story continued… The standard had been set and didn’t disappoint. Dare we say, world class - 15/10! Thankyou!

Definitely not a 4 star resort. Our disappointing stay started with getting all our gear to the room. Having to manoeuvre suitcases up and down stairs. Lift was extremely dirty and very clunky. The cleanliness of the room was very poor. Extremely musty, open the balcony door only to find it doesn't even lock. Shower is inside the bath, major issue for people with disabilities. Non slip mat for bottom of shower was mouldy. Shower taps falls off. Function being held on level 2 was extremely loud and at no time did management even think to advise them to lower the noise. They ran through the apartment building acting like juveniles. We booked a reservation for dinner. It was the cleaness room in the place. Menu was very limited and guests from the function were now in the restaurant being once again loud and obnoxious. When we asked the waitress if this was how loud it is going to be too dine in, we kindly advised we would not be staying here trying to enjoy a family meal and having to listen to the rot going on in the room.
Our children did not need to listen to it. During the night we were awaken to the noise in the water pipes from other guests showering.

Definitely anyone travelling through needs to avoid this place all together. Very disgusting place to stay in.

Hi, |This is a beautiful Motel right near the beach. It's prices are still affordable which is great as I will definitely go back. ||It's right at the end of street so can walk to the beach using beach access. ||I stayed here for a company visit Solo and have also been to the Reasteraunt separate with my family for lunch. I habe also stayed for one night with family. ||The only con - was load music for a wedding but the reception makes sure they turn the music down I think it was around 10pm. ||The service for food to the room was amazing the meals were yum I had a kids spag bog an it was enough to fill me up. Desserts were great an the kitchen staff went out of their way to make a milkshake my kids desperately asked for dessert on evening which I'm not sure they usually do at the time we arrived. |As dinner was probably nearly finished one visit but they put our order in quick and was great. ||Breakfast van be delivered or can sit in Reasteraunt. I gor delivered an was on time and yummy. ||Reception was so friendly and was very helpful. ||This is one of my favourite motels in Mackay. ||So relaxing after a big day at work to go walk along the beach.. also right next to a playground for the kids an big grass area. ||Parking is a little squished in Motel but plenty of parking right next to Motel..

Dined here with my mum & sisters for lunch. Was quite disappointed with how the food turned out, it sounded great on the menu however didn’t live up to it’s expectation, such a shame to pay so much for a meal out and you can make something just the same or better at home. The service was very slow as well, waiting at least half an hour each time after ordering a drink. The only good thing was the atmosphere and live music on this day. Probably wouldn’t recommend to a friend, hopefully they take it on board and strive to do better so that they continue to have customers.

We went here for breakfast for a few mornings in a row! The staff were friendly and fast each morning and the food was delicious every day! My favourite was definitely the Bacon Eggs Benedict! We tried quite a few different meals and all of them tasted amazing. The inside of the restaurant was stunning and the view of the pool was beautiful.

The steak was overcooked the vegetables were undercooked and the overall experience was not as expected. Only good things I have to say was that the location was nice and the waitstaff was good. But none of that matters if the food quality is subpar.

Booked a table at the restaurant. Was seated and took another 20 minutes to get the attention of the staff to take a drinks and food order. Place was not overly busy. Was really disappointed with the lack of service.

Staff and location amazing. Dinner especially the twice cooked pork ordered as a main was the best mouth eatering experience. Thanks to Jay Jay and the wait staff. Great service
