Not worth the price. This place used to be a hotel with on-site management, but is now managed remotely by a company called StayAU. It’s basically run like an Airbnb – there’s a list of chores to do before checkout etc. If anything goes wrong there’s also no one to help – our kitchen blew a lightbulb and our remote controls for heating didn’t work, but we had to solve these problems ourselves (trips to the IGA to buy supplies). Our cabin was also freezing – heaters didn’t work or took days to warm the place up to a comfortable temperature. We wore jackets and scarves inside the whole time. Would not book again.

Was gifted this get away that we thoroughly enjoyed, staff were fantastic through the entire experience, we stayed in the Windsong, what a lovely surprise from the greeting on the front porch, to the instructions at the reception to collect the key, to the care package in the room. Including breakfast, a beautiful fresh loaf of bread, hot and cold breakfast options to toiletries. It’s a place to get away to connect to nature, release that stress and rejuvenate and recharge. I also left my pillow and the manager sent my pillow case as I requested that only back to me. They couldn’t have been more accommodating and welcoming. Thank you will definitely recommend to family and friends and will be back!

Have to say, not worth the price. The internet was down in my cottage - not a big deal for one night, you'd think, but no reception either on devices. Access should be tested, the same way cleanliness is! The signs everywhere asking you not to steal stuff are really uninviting. The lack of attendance from the owners an hour away meant we had two car parks taken up by other guests and had to argue with wedding parties to get what we had paid for. The owners don't respond to phone call complaints. Not pleasant. Wouldn't recommend. There is no breakfast provided. No food, no wine, not even biscuits and cheese. I believe this place has changed hands. The comparison with old reviews is stark.

Nice , clean and cosy cottage to stay at. The great surprise about our stay here was the birds that came to our balcony in the mornings. There is a bottle of feed provided and when we started feeding the birds, more came☺️ It was a great experience - having coffee amidst greenery and with birds just next to you. |Fridge was stocked with lots of food and drinks. |Kitchenette was adequate to do all the cooking that we wanted . |It was an awesome experience staying here.

Gorgeous old style cottages. Could do with a bit of an upgrade. But loved the old school charm.

The cottage was a perfect getaway for the weekend. We booked it for my wife's birthday and couldn't have been more happier to book such an awesome place. The ambience, the furniture and fittings and my wife loved the spa. We will defintely be coming back for more. All the great restaurants are littearly with 10 mins drive. Waking up within the clouds was just the icing on the proverbial cake.

We had a lovely time there. Very beautiful, and quiet surroundings. The cottage itself is a bit rustic but charming and comfortable. The cleaning of the cottage especially dusting can be improved but the main areas and appliances were clean. We ran out of the toilet paper in the middle of the night and couldn’t find any replacements. I had to drive to the nearest 7 eleven (around 15-20 minutes drive) to get toilet paper. My canim was furious but I think it’s part of the experience:)) I’m sure it was an unfortunate oversight. All in all we had a blast!

Absolutely fantastic! Everything you could possibly need is there at the cottage. Really nicely appointed with lots of personal touches. 4 bedrooms on 3 levels meant so much room for the family to spread out. Weather was terrible during our stay which meant we appreciated the cottage and its amenities even more. A fabulous stay and would love to come back again.
