We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue than Oatlands Estate for our wedding day. The grounds were absolutely stunning — from the lush gardens to the elegant reception hall, everything created the most beautiful and romantic setting for our celebration.

Our guests kept telling us how much they loved the venue and how impressed they were with the atmosphere, the service, and the delicious food! Everything ran so smoothly on the day, and that’s all thanks to the amazing team.

A special thank you to Jennan at reception for being so warm and welcoming every time we visited, and to Josephine, our incredible venue coordinator — your guidance, professionalism, and attention to detail gave us so much peace of mind throughout the planning process and on the big day.

We booked the deck room to host a wedding reception and were impressed by the good food and stellar service provided by the venue staff. They were professional, attentive and responded promptly to any queries. The estate grounds were also beautiful and made for good photos. Would recommend for hosting functions!

Such a beautiful venue with very good food. Special shout out to Sophia who provided exceptional service throughout our many consultations. She was very thorough, prompt with responses and very accommodating. After looking at so many different venues for our reception, it was refreshing to see someone so on the ball. We couldn’t recommend her enough!

They charged me for drinks at the bar, but then later I was told that drinks were included which feels very dodgy.

I also didn’t get any cake and nor did anyone at my table. Not sure why this wasn’t organised better as the cake was very large and there was more than enough for everyone.

Venue was beautiful otherwise but I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re booking a wedding.

Beautiful venue! Very elegant interior, gorgeous exterior and gardens. The service was prompt, friendly and highly professional. Food was tasty, filling and beautifully presented. Would absolutely recommend this venue for large functions.

Attended a few occasions. Newly renovated toilets are a plus. The garden is maintained very well. Waiters were a bit slow in taking away the dinner plates and walking aimlessly except for an african waiter who was witty, friendly, and charmingly attending to all guests. Car parks to be done asap. Enjoyed.

The food and service were simply outstanding—our guests are still raving about it! Everything was beautifully presented, delicious, and served with care. The entire evening was seamless, elegant, and truly unforgettable.

Really pretty garden and venue. Love that the car park is on site, this was an absolute bonus when I came here for a gfs wedding. Convenient as after the ceremony came the reception which was just a few steps from the garden. Really stunning and elegant place. Food was average. Everything else was good. Great place for photos.
