Not happy with the service. First they cut my cuticle, then after applying builder gel he didn’t shape and polish nails properly.he painted my nails horribly missing the spots. Final result was awful and they costed me more than in any other salon where I have been before. Never going again there. Man who I believe is also manager has no skills and knowledge to do the nails. Everything is rushed, different people working on my nails and so clumsy done. Went there 3 times hoping for the best every time but every time was worse. Don’t let man do your nails!!!!

First entry seems welcoming and comforting with calming and upbeat music, however price range and what they charge you for is shocking especially when u pay $85 for a full set and expected good quality yet can’t even hit the barrier of nice. I will say their customer service is greeting and their work is hard and fast making it efficient for people who are on the go.

However although the store looks beautiful and their work is impressive just know this place will run your pockets and still not making you think it was worth a PENNY disappointing.

The first time I got my nails done here the lady did an awesome job, they were a great length and they lasted for ages. The second time I got them done a guy did them. He cut them before he asked me how long I wanted them
My thumb nail didn't even fit, it had a gap between my nail and the false nail. The guy just filled it with acrylic. He didn't ask me to wash my hands, he just put the color over the top missing the sides of most nails, he then asked me to wash my hands like it was an after thought. I got no oil for my hands. I sent them a message on messenger and they asked me if they were still too short? This was 2 days later. I sent them 2 photos, they looked at them and never responded.

Terrible service, had a pedicure and manicure done. They filed my nails on my hand and left. Did my pedicure as quick as possible. Had to ask them if they going to finish my manicure, to which again wasn’t what I asked for. Would never go back there. I had 3 different people in that time. Send me out with wet nails.

I get manicures (infill) and pedicures here regularly and they’re efficient and consistently good quality. Pricing for the quality and experience is better than the other salons I’ve tried at Westfield Coomera.

I think it’s extremely telling that that positive reviews are the only ones that are followed up by the owner here, and I’m sure they are friends/family. Attended this salon today after having ok experiences in the past. The pedicure part was ok, however there was a switch of staff for the painting. It was extremely messy and I can do better myself. All of my toes were flooded into the sides, so they peeled straight away. They wanted to fix it but I didn’t have enough time before my next appointment but they kept trying to insist. In the end I got a small amount of money off but I just would have preferred a proper colour done. I won’t be returning here and I strongly recommend any others choose a different salon.

Not a good experience. Not friendly, didn’t do a good job and my nail technician was doing her own nails whilst doing mine.

Not to mention it was painful. Never had that experience before and would not recommend.

The gel didn’t even cover my whole nail and it wasn’t what I asked for.
