Horrible place. We had booked for five nights but one look at the very rundown place set us on edge. We copped a spray from some old bloke for driving over the grass- bloody hard not to obviously- and packed up and left the next morning! Steer clear!! The other one in town is just as bad sadly so keep driving! Highly recommend Darlington Point CP- 10/10 clean and beautiful spot with trees near the river!!

This absolute "GEM" of a caravan park just three minutes from town is family owned and operated, immaculate facilities, shaded grassy campsites with their new groundsman (Gary) keeping the grounds immaculate and green.
"HIGHLY RECOMMENDED" for anyone wishing a quiet tranquil escape. A big thank you to Frank, Dominic and Angela for your "SINCERE HOSPITALITY" during my extended stay, it was hard to leave.

Stayed three nights on a powered site. Very happy with the relaxed atmosphere. Agree a bit more mowing would make the place look great but they still have green grass and lovely shade. Very quiet location. |We had a powered site but if you didn’t need power you could really get away from everyone as there is heaps of room and you can choose where you want to camp. |Amenities were clean and good pressure. Great host. Thank you, we will be back.

I found the Oasis to be just that, a relaxing, shady, well grassed welcoming place to park the caravan and put the feet up. The C//P is about 0.5 km off Irrigation Road which is the main road so traffic noise is negligible. Sites are a good size with good shady trees and plenty of room to park the car next to the van even when the awning is fully extended.||The amenities block while not large was clean and well maintained. Showers were good with plenty of hot water.||A chat with the owner prior to booking got us the approval to take our dog with us.||While there isn't a playground for kids there is plenty of room for them to roam and kick a ball around or ride their bikes. ||||At the time of our stay there wasn't a camp kitchen but there was a BBQ area available.

Back after a COVID 19 enforced break. In that time the caravan park has increased the number of grassed powered sites, renovated the Ladies facilities, put in a number of Cabins and greened up the park. The owners are friendly and helpful. Just a great place to spend a few days.

Staff especially Lucy was very helpful, friendly and very very nice, but the power source was extremely frustrating. For ever having to call and tell them the power was out. This morning 11th from 7 am power going out every 10minutes. Tonight from 5 pm same, trying to watch a DVD and every 5minutes or so power went out. Gave up in the end.||Last night they had so many vans, campers packed in we had one alongside us which was where our vehicle was supposed to be parked. Tonight we had our car their before they had a chance to put another van there and a van was parked on the road the other side of our car. The park was definitely not full tonight so no need for that. If the park is full there should be no need to squeeze people in. We have gone to parks and they just say sorry no room , so found this absolutely unnecessary. Certainly not worth the $40 a night, with this situation. We were going to extend again after the 5 nights but no way now not after tonight’s fiasco. Sorry to have to say this but you certainly need to sort the power out. It is not acceptable.

Came to Leeton for birdwatching. Chanced on Oasis and stayed in a huge 2br townhouse (this was not a cabin by caravan park standards). Very comfortable, and quiet. 11 bucks into town for a meal. Dave the owner is very helpful. Recommended. We normally camp, and this looks like a great place to camp too.
