Whether the park was full or not I don't know, the way vans were packed in behind the house was horrid, no order or organisation at all. We were allowed to park between the house ( managers I assume) and the street. Never in my life have I ever parked in someone's front yard and I hope to never have that experience again. There were 3 vans in the front yard that night. Disgustingly unorganised!

My husband and I have lived here for a total of 6 years, and we love this park. Residents are friendly and helpful. We have seen the park change the managers due to sale of park and have found the manageress to be awesome, she is very helpful with anything you need, and if she can't help she goes out of her way to find a solution. I would recommend this park to anyone looking at staying in Bundy.

We have spent some months here and haven't left yet! Will highly recommend a stay here. The ladies amenities have just been updated and the men's will be next. The residents of the this park are very friendly and Charlene, the manager is extremely helpful.
We rate this van park a 5!

Oakwood Caravan Park is "an oldie but a goodie" we have been here since the beginning of October. New Owner and Manager in the past couple of years, there us certainly an improvement, upgrading the amenities in the new year. Sharlean, the manager is awesome, nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend this budget friendly park so close to everything Bundy has to offer. 😊

We have been on the road for over 6 yrs and we found this wonderful park. The manageress and owner are so very helpful and they do all they can to make your stay as good as possible. The showers are old but very clean and 2022 the amenities will have a complete overhall. We have only been at oakwood for a while and made friends with other caravaners as well as the permanents. A beautiful park to stay at. Highly reccommended.

Very quiet park and the residents tens to take pride in their sites. This makes the park a really tidy place. Managers are friendly and the cost per night is more than reasonable. It is a little tight for large vans but not impossible. Would recommend to others.

Cannot agree with previous comment!!! why would someone stay for over nine months if not happy!!!! maybe take friends advice and go to another caravan park. We have been here in Oakwood for ten weeks now and are very happy 😊. Never had an issue with the water, no green mould in our pipes and no smell haven't heard of "things going missing", the Manager is fantastic and NOTHING is too much trouble. We have no hesitation in recommending this park. I could say much more!!!! there are two sides to every story!!!!!
I donot give permission for my name to be used on another persons post or for my photograph to be taken !!!!!!!! Lots of parks donot have pools and play areas for kids. Those travellers go to Big4 parks and the like!!! and pay for the privilege of having entertainmemt for their kids. There are kids here who seem happy enough. Again if one dislikes a park so much for over 9 months why stay? doesnt make sense.

The worst caravan park I have stayed in. Manageress {Sharlean} not a nice person not up front and dishonest .Her mother Inlaw got things when was asked she was bloody good. My van (older age female)is only 60cm apart from one other (male) van I have been treated most unfairly her reply was what do want me to do that was a reply from a manageress great hey .His window looks into my annex I hear noise from the other van banging chatting on the phone.The grey water pipe was at my door entrance ( I have a side entrance on the annex ) and his toilet entrance and his grey water pipe came off few times I fell I fractured my shoulder there should be a car space from the other van ( that Bundaberg council regulations) she said and done nothing does not say much for the park their has been car breaking people property gone missing from there sites poor maintenance in varies sites there’s not a regular groundsman. Bins not emptied often enough see worms around the bins The park uses bore water smells and dirty and brown when you do your washing its grey and has sand in the washing I have and others had green mould in a new hose going to my van every body buys bottle water for drinking or you would get very sick I can’t give one good reason to stay here at Oakwood park in Oakwood I will take my friend’s advice I will not recommend Oakwood park I will not be back friend had visited the park they said there’s better parks then this no stars for this park this is not vengeance it’s just the truth. So there two side of the story but I have the pics will speak the truth I was here for 9months it’s bad under the Kui park bannerThere not even a place for children to play no pool or playground.The children can not ride there bikes or play ball BORING Some owners in the park think they have rights and bullying people in the park I am ashamed what people do to others they must have a lot of time on there hands.there seems to be two sets of rules for the park friends. If you are not liked they make it hard for you all should be treated same . The ammenities poorly cleaned drains full of hair and scum and has a smell at times since left I been happier less infection and care for my mother Sharlean stoped me and people accompanied me where stoped to see mother and care for her Sharlean is cruel piece of life I give this park two years Les will loose He needs to listen to people in the park not to Sharlean .👎👎👎👎👎
