Good old trusty Oaks. Only thing I didn't like was the spa was cold. Have never come across a cold spa before and was disappointed on a cold day walking down to the spa and discovered it was freezing!
Rooms are a good size and lots of amenities. Beds are not super comfortable but get the job done.

Had an amazing stay here for 2 nights , free gym and pool , very very helpful staff. A coffee machine in my room which was lovely . I'll definitely stay here again. Thankyou so much to the front desk clerk and the cleaning lady on level 4. You were both amazing. Thanks again.

The grounds and carpark were filthy. We have stayed here many times and i have never seen such a mess. Paid premium price on this occasion so very disappointed

Nice room, easy to sleep with quiet surrounds of nature, all done with no problems in and out. The staff are freindly and offer any help any time day or night.

I was over charged almost $500, now being on holidays short that large amount of money is ridiculous, now to be told it will take 5 business to return.

The only positive was free wifi, comfy beds and the location.

The chairs where heavley stained, the couch was old and worn. Our room didn't have a phone to contact reception so I had to go down there. We had a full kitchen that we couldn't use due to hardley any kitchen ware. The aircons didn't work well could only use one out of 3 at a time, with reception not being any help. They charge you $20 per night. But there is free parking out the front. The carpet was stickey in places.

The loss of almost 500 has absolutely ruined my holiday

We stayed to be close to The Macquarie Park cemetery, so a perfect location. The room was very clean and the beds especially nice clean linen and warm. Could not fault the place.

Totally disappointed.
Was unaware that we have to pay for parking paying almost 200 bucks and not getting parking is ridiculous. Booked for king bed turned out it was two single beds joined together.
Bedsheets covers all of them had stains. Probably not washed or idk.
Totally disappointing. I would never recommend to my friends or families. I wish i had read their reviews before booking. Seems like no one is happy with the stay.
