Rooms excellent
Bar service is as good as it gets,
Management namely Belinda is completely there for you as a customer,this place is a great hotel and I have a great tip for all reviewers “Never write a review when angry”best to speak to management if there’s ever a problem,speaking to her is my advice with a 10/10 I’m going to go back on our usual weekly menu with our family

Have been coming here for years with a disability group, some of the participants in the group choose kids meals as there’s an ice cream and drink included and they don’t have a big appetite. This has never been an issue.
Came today to be told that they can’t have a kids meal, then the older blonde lady said they could but refused them the ice cream and drink voucher.
Very disappointed and won’t be returning to this venue

Had my favourite the Chicken Parma ..out of 10 it's a 5 ok size, but only half the top had cheese on it , slightly burnt and not a trace of any Neapolitan sauce so very dry and tasteless

I really wasn't expecting much for tthe price to be honest, but when we got there, service was great, from was beautifully presented and the location was absolutely perfect for our needs.

Have driven past this place a million times and didn't know that it is a surprising gem. Had to be the best lunch that I have had in a long time. The lamb cutlets and veg were great. The decor and ambience were also very fine. I will definitely visit again when I am in the area.

Attended the Oaks Hotel for lunch, staff and the food was amazing.
Staff worked together supporting each other when serving. I ordered the chicken snitty with Aussie topping, serving was large and I've never had a snitty with topping definitely recommend.
