Reception service was sufficient however not extraordinary. Having had this very profession myself for years and years I know how to make guests feel welcome. I did not experience that kind of warmth from the reception staff. The room was at the same level as reception. The room itself was ok, BUT no window! Actually there was a window, into an internal off limit concrete room with a roof. Do not recommend if you suffer claustrophobia. Get a room with a view!!! Cleanliness was great and location was also a big plus! The rooftop bar / restaurant was stunning! Great view and service! Food was great too! I recommend this hotel to some degree. Shame there was no pool or parking.

Fantastic boutique hotel. Modern room and very clean. Room size is on a smaller side but very comfortable. The staff are excellent. So friendly and helpful. Rooftop has good view and food. The location is perfect and close to everything. Strongly recommend them!

The hotel was great, the room very clean and modern looking. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, and was directly in front of the Cairns Esplande Lagoon, where you can go swimming for free!

As we were on our honeymoon the hotel offered us a small gift which was very kind and much appreciated.

The restaurant on the top floor is super convenient, offering great views of the harbour. We had breakfast every day which was great and the lunch special. Can also recommend if you just want to go for a drink.

The shower was great! The bed was comfortable but the pillows were too soft so I couldn't get a good sleep. Pretty expensive. The front desk is located on the 2nd floor 🤷🏻‍♀️

Awesome for closeness to free outdoor swimming & eateries. Bed was comfortable , pillow need more options as to firmness. Couples cannot sit at small table for coffee etc as only 1 chair. Overall nice though.

Very nice rooms cold air con and sound proof windows especially on the second level were amazing! Would stay again. Only complaint is the single elevator that services 4 floors and the rooftop bar.
