Booked 3 nights here from 19/12/24 for my husbands surprise 40th but only stayed 1. Was not happy at all with the train line right next to the building/our rooms (oversight on my part) and the noise from the room above was ridiculous all night! Passenger trains were loud but the freight trains every 3 hours were insanely loud and frustrating!
Must be residential above as they were walking around ALL night with loud bass music playing from 7pm-5am, doors opening and closing, chairs grinding on the tiles outside etc. No reception desk after 9pm so couldn’t complain till 6am when I’d only had 2.5 hours sleep. My little kids and husband didn’t sleep either. Wifi reception was woeful in our room 712. We transferred to Oaks Margaret Suites which was much better! I’m thankful to Maria who assisted this transfer. The actual rooms were nice and modern but not a good location re noise and felt more like a housing commission area unfortunately

Great stay with friendly and helpful staff. My suite was exceptionally clean and well equipped. Good location, easy walk to everything I needed.

Pleasant accomodation, very spacious. Was able to wash and dry my clothes, order room service, settle down and watch tv. Very quiet accomodation.

Noisy at night, build quality of the building is cheap and so you can hear people upstairs. Don't stay here if you need something quiet.

The property was very clean and the staff were wonderful. Short walk to Stones Corner or Supermarket and some great restaurants. The roof top area looked amazing.

24/7 noise from the room above. I don't understand how someone can consistently make this much noise ALL day and night.

checking in was smooth, rooms are clean, poorly ventilated rooms with additional car parking charge for guests
