We booked this hotel for 8 nights, 1 bedroom apartment with a living room and balcony, kitchen with stove and fridge, bathroom with washing machine and dryer. The location is so convenient, in the centre of the city, walking distances to casino, riverside, botanic garden, shopping malls, bus and train station. Excellent!! Highly recommended!!

Great location but missing touches which would make it amazing. Smell in corridor out of lifts is rotten and if you were unwell would cause you to vomit. Smell not in room though. Big balcony but outdoor furniture broken and shabby. Nice ice tray in freezer nor ice machine on floor. Washing machine and dryer but no clothes airer. Bed was 2 singles pushed together but not properly so there is big dip in middle. Only 2 towels for a 4 night stay. Overall clean but only 3 stars as needs many upgrades. Pool and spa/gym good- but pool is for laps- no good for kids jumping in

Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The bed and lounge were very comfortable too.
All the staff were very friendly and most accomodating. Special thanks to the after hours manager and Steve at reception.
We will return. Good value for money.

Loved this hotel. It was clean and comfortable. The rooms were a good size and the location was perfect for our needs. We will definitely be back. The staff were really helpful and it is was easy to check in and out.

The hotel has a good location, but it desperately needs an upgrade. I checked out immediately after arriving because the room I was given was disappointing. Instead of the river views that were advertised, I was placed in an outdated room facing another building. The room reeked of bleach, which was overwhelming and unhealthy. Both the room and windows were dirty, and the bathroom was in dire need of renovation. The hallways were unbearable, filled with a strong stench of mold and rotten eggs that made it difficult to breathe. To make matters worse, the pool was filthy and unusable. Overall, this was a deeply disappointing experience. I received the money back for the room, however the inconvenience and distress it caused to find a new room was not ideal.

Room was spacious with lots of kitchen tools and many many types of glasses, cups and even a little teacup and teapot set which I loved.

Kitchen was modern and clean, fridge was new and spotless. Bathroom a bit outdated and the bathroom sink smelled so bad. Shower was a little dirty.

Main bedroom was average and very disappointing it didn't have aircon, just a ceiling fan- the aircon is in the living room.

I loved that there were two doors to the balcony- an entrance from living room and from main bedroom. Second bedroom my friend stayed in also had a small balcony and ensuit.

My friend stayed the first night two levels above mine and he pointed out all the stains on his lounge and the carpet- but that was only upon very close inspection.

Staff were accommodating but very firm and business-like, so a bit intimidating.

Overall I like the place and would stay again. It's a good lowkey hotel but with a prestigious front, and I like that you can avoid reception desk when accessing the main apartment/hotel building. Great location, police just down the road for added sense of safety.

I think the price is very fair for the location and the size of the apartments, plus $1 security deposit relieves some financial pressure.

Good for discretion which is a must for myself!

Fabulous room with every facility you could wish for. We were very high and had a good balcony. Comfortable and clean. Use of lifts was a bit confusing.
