Had a 2 night stay last weekend and was extremely happy with the overall experience.

We arrived well before check in and were greeted by the friendly staff who went out of their way to ensure they fulfilled some of our requests apon arrival. We were contacted at 1pm saying that our room was ready!

The room was everything we needed, the beds were incredibly comfortable, the bathrooms were perfect with all essentials needed! It was also great to access to have a nice kitchen, while it was slightly smaller it was clean and had all the usual kitchen needs, the balcony also offered a nice view and added to the overall experience! Everything felt fresh, tidy, and welcoming. I would absolutely stay here again when visiting Brisbane and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay.

When I tell you I was so excited that a hotel finally had a spa I was walking down to the pool after a long day of travelling only to find this so called spa which was essentially apart of the pool. It was cold which really frustrated me. Other then that fine but don’t advertise as a spa.

The room was large, with a nice size balcony and living space, but unfortunately the property needs some TLC. The second bedroom desperately needs blackout blinds, and soundproofing- it was extremely hard to sleep due to constant noise at night and bright sun from 5/6am. The bathroom also needed a renovation, and the aircon seemed to only work in the living room.

Location was fantastic, central to transport and lots of restaurants.

Unfortunately disappointing stay.
Arrived at 5:50pm to no one at the desk and was on a virtual work meeting so had to sit and wait for them to return for 15minutes. Lift in process of repair/upgrade with plastic sheeting on all walls.
The executive 1 bedroom apartment was spacious but I was extremely disappointed to see there was no coffee pod machine like other reviews indicated. 4 freeze dried aurora coffee sachets, 4 aurora black tea and no milk. Reception did bring some up after it was requested, but this is an expensive executive apartment for one night, and the tea/coffee situation was worse than what's offered at 3 star camping/cabin sites.

I asked for balcony room but little did I realise I’d be overlooking brick walls.||We arrived at 1-50 pm to find staff on their phone. Check in was 2 pm we were told to go away for a while when the room was ready we would receive a call.||We waited and waited.||No call or text message.|||Shout out to housekeeping, unit was immaculate

It was our first time to book in Oaks Brisbane Lexicon Suites. We like the apartment style, it suited us.||Jemma -the receptionist was very accommodating and helpful. We were able to invite our friends to come over and had our dinner in the unit ...felt like home.||Thank you

AC non operative, and kitchen faucet leaking badly upon checkin. AC was fixed (after chasing them twice over an hour). Apparently, it was switched off at the mains, and thereafter, unable to control using in room wall panel. Kitchen leak was fixed couple of hours later when a specialist plumber was called in. |The nightly roadwoks using heavy equipment and jackhammer unitl midnight does not help the sleeping cause.

Hotel is getting dated and although the only staff member we met was lovely she was not responsible for the shower cleanliness or the shower pressure or the vanity danger due to the many cracks and sharp edges in room 801 ensuite.
