We love to stay here because of the location and kids love pool facilities ...I generally book here when staying in Brisbane. However, I had almost given up because we had a few tired and kind of unclean rooms in last stays but this stay redeemed it ....
staying in 2 bedroom room 2807 and it was clean and tidy. Staff here are always so nice... it's a very busy hotel because of the location but has everything you could want. If you like a very central city stay and 2 bedroom apartment for space I highly recommend .

Large suite style room very central to everything CBD. Great service from staff with smooth reservations, check in and out. ||Air con only just cool enough. ||Internet/wireless was poor.

Seems like some rooms are amazing, while others are downright filthy. I stayed for one night and unfortunately got placed in a room that was filthy, had stains along the walls and bathroom mirror, and even had a dirty rag on the dining table... Not to mention the musty lack-of air conditioning elevators and rancid hallway smell. Everything feels very old.

Also why do we have to pay a premium to get "better" wifi I don't understand why a 20 minute youtube video needs to buffer at 480p...

Will never again consider staying at any Oak management hotel, especially when I spent $200 for one night for this experience.

I stayed here in 2018 when I went to the Ekka with SVDP! The rooms were very spacious and the activities were awesome! I will recommend the Oaks Brisbane Festival Towers to all my friends!

Me and my family stayed here for 5 nights and I cannot compliment the reception staff enough! The apartment was amazing, had such a good view of the city but the staff where exceptional. I didn’t get the girls name who checked us in, but throughout our whole stay she was so friendly and helpful, even saving me in my swimsuit when I was locked out of the floor I was staying on (have to have a keycard to get in). Another mention is for Chrisie who kept our bags when we checked out at 10am but still had a whole day left in Brisbane, let us use the pool and showers to freshen up before our flight. Would stay again if visiting Brisbane and highly recommend to friends.

Other than a good location this place is horrible. No cot on arrival that was requested. Then made to set up ourselves. Door to second bedroom was locked off. Room was dirty and extremely run down. Went to check out at 10am and waited a whole hour in the lift lobby to get a lift down to ground. Could not recommend this place to anybody.

The lifts on the upper levels are not working properly. One of the three lifts is out of action. Expect to wait 15 minutes for a lift. The air conditioning is not really coping with the heat wave. There are major road works outside the hotel. Noise from the construction of a subway station being built next door making sleeping difficult. This makes sleepiing diffiult on one side of the hotel. The subway station might be finsihed in 2026.

When we first arrived, there was no information prior to checking in about having all cards in the same name, then when we arrived to our floor the lobby stunk then our room was worse and smelt like damp and a bad smell. Our air-conditioning didn't work, and the fridge leaked. ||Other then that they were accommodating and gave us fans and was close to everything we did.
