We absolutely LOVED our stay at Oaks Casino Tower. We were especially pleased with how kind, friendly and helpful ALL of the staff were! It is in the absolute perfect spot for a family getaway. There was lots to see and do for both adults and children within walking distance. We booked a river view room of the 18th floor and the view was absolutely spectacular!
The rooms were comfortable, with ducted air conditioning, and the apartment was equipped with everything you need for your time away! It was our 1st time staying with Oaks, but we will definitely be back again! Thanks so much for having us!!

We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment on a high floor with a good city view. The apartment was very modern, with a balcony, full kitchen and laundry, and was quiet at night. Reception was very good helping with local information and supplies. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed in room 1802 and must say it was very clean and didn't expect it to be that fresh considering how cheap it was. I personally don't know what other rooms are like but this room was very fresh, the staff where so helpful and I spent time having a good chat when walking in and out as the city is unknown to us and they where so helpful. With all the positives .if i have to at least try and find a negative to make this a honest review is that the tv in the bedroom needs updating

Perfect location for shopping, food, the casino and South Bank. Short Uber to Showground. Hotel parking is comparatively cheap. Two-bedroom room was clean, quiet and spacious. Definitely would stay here again.

Had a 1 night stay in a 2 bedroom river view apartment, and it was fabulous.|The front desk team were friendly and efficient at check in and check out time. |Our room had an amazing view over Southbank and the river. Apartment was fresh, spacious and had a huge balcony.|We loved our stay and would highly recommend.

Our bedding wasn’t what I had ordered. Kitchen had practically nothing in it. Just very bare minimum. No snack plates. Only 1 bedroom with river views, last time both bedrooms had wonderful views

While the hotel is certainly clean and the staff are kind, polite and efficient, the room and its fittings are dated and in poor repair.|The unwelcome smell of mildew greeted me as I opened the door.|The bathroom mirror is so old it barely reflects an image and the bathroom lighting is poor. There is no plug for the sink.|The kitchen cupboard doors beneath the sink are falling off their hinges, the microwave barely works and in an era where every hotel offers Nespresso style coffee pods, there are only coffee crystals in this room.|The carpet has holes, all the furniture is chipped along the edges and the walls are sparsely decorated.|The TV should have been replaced ten years ago and the ice cube maker can’t be filled without spilling water all over the floor.|It’s past time this hotel is completely renovated.|I have stayed in other Oaks properties and this one is not up to standard. |Think twice before booking this property.

The location was great. The beds good. We had a great few from the balcony onto the river. The apartment is dated, this is visible in the bathroom and the carpet should be replaced. The curtains had stains and I wasn’t sure, if they were dirty or grey. The chairs also show their age. During our stay one elevator was under maintenance, which made the waiting time for the free elevator quite long. There is parking for $39 per night inside the complex. Unfortunately the complex does not offer flat rates for weekend or public holidays. So one might be better off to park in one of the many car parks near by for as low as $9 (online) a day on the weekend.
