Wow, just came home from a scrapbooking retreat. No complaints only compliments. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Loved everything especially the food, thank you Yvonne, top service and every meal was sensational, tasty and plentiful!

My daughter went here for a school camp. Location was beautiful scenery. Rooms neat and tidy.
Catering by PFD was horrible food. Chicken dry and undercooked, muffins old and dry, other foods not appetizing.
Activities were fun and staff there put a lot of effort into fun activities.

Went here for a school camp its was horrible! I was in room 7 the beds where straight up prison beds had other peoples hair on the mattress dead flies it was disgusting the light didn’t work at all! Walls as thin as paper you could hear everyone around you pipes gurgling about to burst so unpleasant. Didn’t sleep that well that night for sure. And then the people in rooms A1 A2 and stuff in a different building got modern single beds with a full size kitchen tv and stuff meanwhile we get prisons cells? We paid the same price we should get the same thing. Don’t get me started with the food it was absolutely disgusting it made at least 6 people from my class vomit ! And had to go home. It was the Bolognese pasta they all had. The dessert was really good and so was breakfast and the double choc chip muffins you gave us. The chocolate chip cookies were extremely dry and crumbly I suggest you add a few more eggs in the recipe. My favourite part of the trip was the talent show, views of the city amazing and going home. I wouldn’t recommend come here though. There’s better places else where for the same price.

There for a craft weekend so had our own section and meals were included. We were supposed to have 16-20 people which were paid for but only 12 arrived. Meals were cooked for only 12 and problems occurred when other friends arrived for paid meals but they were not provided.

Rooms are just right, small and cosy. Small showers attached to your room and toilets down the hall. Fantastic views of Adelaide. The chapels walls are glass, giving a true impression that God is there. The staff and food are great

Beautiful scenery. Rooms were clean and quite nice. Catering was not great but than again they have to cook for a hundred people.
In short, go because its beautiful not for the food.

Stunning location in the Adelaide Hills. Beautiful views and serene nights.

The centre itself is well suited for groups of up to 60, and could arguably cater for more. The facilities are all climate controlled and comfortable. Staff are friendly and its reputation manages to attract very wholesome groups to use it.

Situated in the heart of Adelaide Hills. ||Very professional, accommodating efficient and friendly staff that makes our experience thoroughly enjoyable. Nice venue, clean, pretty. ||Meetings and lessons: |The Chapel is the big hall for big gatherings, but there are several small rooms with AV also. ||Lodging:|There is the main building with bunk-bedded rooms, most rooms have a shower inside, but no bathroom (several shared toilet in hall way) |Also there is a nice building with "apartments" or comfortable studio-style rooms with beds, bath, and fully furnished kitchenette with kettles, stovetop, microwave, fridge and any other cooking needs you may have. ||Camp fire is an added bonus. Love this place and will recommend others to stay. ||Very hot shower. Bring your own toiletry. Wifi available in some buildings. Plenty of parking. Alcohol allowed in premise. Can bring your own bedding or hire. Microwave, water fountain, hot drinking water, fridge all available. ||Quiet neighborhood with noise curfew at 10pm. ||Advanced booking required. They're very busy for a reason!|||Nearby:||1. Across the street:|A. Excellent wine shop stocking amazing selection of local wines and chocolate. |B. Shopping Centre with Indian restaurant, Chinese restaurant, small grocery store|C. Petro station|D. THE BEST Vanilla Slice in the world, at Banana Boogie. You can get decent coffee there as well. Closed on Sunday. ||2. 3km down the street, Blackwood:|Woolies, Cole and an array of cafes and shops||3. Belair National Park, beautiful park with great trails and hikes, family friendly.
