We absolutely love Treasure Island and have just returned from our third stay. The resort offers plenty of activities for the kids, though they usually end up spending most of their time in the pool or spa. I really appreciate the variety of activities available, as well as the delicious food from the restaurant. The only reason I’ve given 4 stars instead of 5 is that some of the facilities could benefit from an upgrade, but they are still perfectly functional. Overall, it's a fantastic place for a family getaway!

This holiday park is our families favourite place in the world. The pools, kids club, bar and staff are literally perfect.

Accommodation is spacious and comfortable with everything a family needs.

Location is absolutely prime, harbour town shops are next door, 24hr fast food joints a walk away and Surfers Paradise and all the beaches only 10 minutes drive.

We can't wait to be back

Had the most amazing family getaway recently staying here. We loved that we didn’t need to leave the park at all. So many fun activities to do for the kids and even adults. Pools were amazing and cabin was great. Kids haven’t stopped talking about how fun their holiday was and asking when we are returning. Can’t wait to book this in again. Have recommended to family and friends.

The park was a lot smaller than I imagined and a good 30min bus and then tram ride to surfers paradise.

The room was nice and clean however no hob to cook.

It's a race to get to a shaded area in the pools and after 8pm everything is shut. There is nothing to for the kids after that time.

If it had a disco on every night from 8-10pm it would have been great.

We stayed here 5 years ago on our last visit to the Gold Coast and loved it so much we decided to return. ||Wow - hasn’t caravanning changed!||The good - staff very friendly, helpful, happy and cheerful. Roads/curbs/gutters/site concrete and/or site mats are great! ||Position of the grassed movie area in relation to bistro/bar, waterpark, mini golf and tennis is terrific. ||Average bar/bistro prices and everything ordered was delicious (but cocktails take a looooong time to be made so don’t arrive thirsty!) also be aware that the bistro runs on a reduced menu in peak season (really disappointing as we had decided to eat at the bistro because of the menu advertised online).||Amenities modern, clean and well positioned (exactly what I would expect from NRMA). ||Pools busy and basic with a “pool attendant” at the main pool.||Now my gripe - dogs, dogs, dogs.||The website stated that no dogs would be permitted during peak season - forgive me if I am wrong but are school holidays not peak season?||We were placed on a site with a “mat” not a slab which had obviously had a dog on it previously. The mat was covered in dog hair and I found myself swallowing clarityne every 12 hours to cope!!!||Also would the deck area outside the bistro and grass area where movies are played not be “communal?” Fine to have it written in the rules but who looks out for it? We had to leave a communal area twice due to a dog.||Why should I have to tell a dog owner that they should not have their dog in an area and risk a confrontation? Plus in between my allergic reaction and my 5 year olds complete distress it is impossible for me to get near enough to tell the owner to grow some human brains. ||So upsetting that caravanning is all about bringing your dog - I gave NRMA Parks a second go but not again! ||The

The best thing about this place is the water slides. We arrived at 3 our room wasn't ready. We never got an apology. We got a free go cart ride. Only to be told by a very rude younger girl that works in the bar that we only have go carts on the hour. I just found her to be quite rude. I just came off a cruise they are the nicest people. People pay a small fortune to stay at these places. the staff should be grateful to have a Job.

Great caravan park. Clean amenities, the wifi worked quite a bit, the bistro is a nice area to have a cold drink and relax. The camp kitchen is well laid out.
There's a bus stop out near the front to take to the beach very easily.
We'd come back if passing through. Thanks team 👍

I’ll start by saying this park is fantastic. Beautiful spot, great for families and the staff are lovely. We have stayed here multiple times, however this will be that last unfortunately.
We stayed in the family studio cabins which were lovely and brand new, really nice cabins and perfect spot. However, one of the most important aspects of a holiday is a good nights sleep after massive busy days and sad to say the beds were absolutely horrible. And the pillows were even worse. The double bed was soo soft and sinky, the single mattresses for the bunks were like sleeping on cement but really the worst aspect was the pillows which were like rocks and all 8 of us (in two cabins) just ended up sleeping with no pillows.
We asked for different pillows but they didn’t have any.
I’m not normally fussy but having come from SeaWorld resort the week before and sleeping amazingly on their beds and pillows it’s a pretty big factor.
Also our rooms were meant to be serviced at the halfway point of our stay but instead of cleaning the toilets or floors etc, replenishing toilet papers etc all they did was drop off towels, so that area needs attention also.
I hope they take this feedback on board because I’d hate for others to not want to come back for the same reason when this really is a great park and very well run! 🙂
