Best located caravan park in Sydney. A few 100 meters to the beach, ocean pool, local cafes , bus top with express bus to the city. Or bus to manly. Short walk to the shopping centre with 3 supermarkets, Kmart, JBhifi and anything else you need.
Caravan Park has many great facilities for kids and a camp kitchen with electric BBQ.

Such a beautiful place to stay.
The beach and the lake are so nice to be close to and a lovely cafe at 4knots.
Would be a great idea to have a courtesy bus to the bus stops for those not able to walk distances and a change machine for the washing machine and dryer.
The whole place is run down, it looks like the handyman is on a holiday, not there though.

Incredibly impressed with my entire stay.
From the moment I booked to the moment I left.
The location was fantastic, but even more so the staff were amazing. I had to move sites at one stage and the staff were so helpful in accommodating me, even upgraded me for the rest of my stay.
I can’t think everyone enough for such a great experience. Highly recommend.

We always thoroughly enjoy our stay at Lakeside! It's a short 35 minutes drive for us for a night away from the City! It can get pretty noisy with kids running around and on bikes etc but you kind of expect it in a campsite like this. Facilities are always clean and available.

I visited NRMA Sydney Lakeside Holiday Park with friends and family for a camping trip, and it was a fantastic experience. The park is a great place for kids, offering many activities including a fun water play area. With both a lake and beach nearby, there's no shortage of outdoor adventures. The facilities are well-maintained. The friendly atmosphere and variety of amenities made our stay enjoyable and memorable. Highly recommended for a fun family getaway!

It’s our fourth time to booked here for powered site. We loved this place every time we have holiday since we came from Brisbane. Walking distance to catch bus stop going to Manly to catch ferry to the city and vice versa. I highly recommend this place especially you came from interstate.

Love the clean spacious villa with one ensuite and a spare room with bunk beds and single bed. Loved the fact that it also had a spare toilet. Living area and kitchen is spacious. Kitchen is nicely equipped with essential utensils. What would be great to include are: a floor mat at the entrance to dust off shoes after our return from the beach and a roll of kitchen paper towel in the kitchen. The rooms are not serviced if one stays there for less than 7 days. So having a pack of floor wipes in the kitchen and a bottle of harpic in the toilet will be very useful to help us maintain cleanliness and keeping things tidy. The Reception signage on entry is not very clearly visible because it's almost obliterated by plants. A clear and large signboard at the top would be useful. The staff at reception are a bit robotic and I feel they just do the bare minimum, "tick the box" kind of exercise. They don't offer any additional tips. For example, they presume everyone knows the way to the beach or to the closest supermarket, chemist etc. I found these out quickly by myself but offering these tips to guests would help staff go that extra mile and reflect a genuine interest in their customers. A regular shuttle service just to the beach and Woolworths would also be incredibly valuable. Love this place and it's great value for money.

Very old cabins. They need to refurbish not cheap. Camp|Kitchen ordinary no tools supplied. Did the job. We washed up in the bathroom. We were surprised at a premium location how ordinary things were. Did the job for two nights. Maybe they they need to update the camp kitchens
