Nice park. Booked in for a no tree site and were stuck under a tree. Seriously, if they don't give a toss then don't expect 5 stars.

Location is great right on the beach and right near skate park etc. Facility for kids is fun. Cabins and amenities are not clean and the price is excessive for both cabins and van sites.
I would not stay here again based on the fact there is no traffics calming on the roads. Cars as well as the staff buggies were zooming past at excessive speeds just meters from where we are camping with young kids. A child is going to get seriously injured or killed if nothing is done.

Direct beach access on to a beautiful dog friendly beach.
Great amenities.
Really nice staff.
So much for families to have heaps of fun.
However , pools and spa are not heated which is very disappointing.
Overall a fabulous park.

Busy caravan park. We have used many times. Caravan park fees are however excessive during school holidays $120 per night. This year we stayed 8 nights. Next year it will be 4 and nearly $500! With NRMA discounts 2 people! The staff member on reception was less than helpful. I was not impressed. We recently stayed at NRMA Cannovale and they were much busier and were helpful and fantastic.
Great location for children. Other places are better value. New booking setup is just greedy.
Not impressed.
And interestingly there were many vacant sites throughout the time we were there.

Absolutely awesome holiday. We all had the most amazing time at the ocean beach holiday park. So many on site activities for the kids.

The only downside is the huge holes in the fence to the the dog park. Ours dogs got out and bolted a number of times.

Amazing for kids but if you’re bringing your fur babies be mindful of the dodgy fencing.

My children and I have just returned from an overnight stay here. We were in a Safari Tent which is at the very back of the property. Upon parking the car and walking to the tent, we were hit with the most putrid smell from the colony of ibis nesting in the trees behind us. Unfortunately, the smell permeated into the tent and was present mostly in the bathroom (closest part of tent to the ibis).

We were then woken by them screeching throughout the night and then incessantly at around 5am. So we were up for the day! I understand that ibis are native, so not a whole lot can be done, but I'd consider adding something to your booking page that warns potential guests as to what they might experience.

This is not to take away from the lovely stay we had here overall. The staff are friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The facilities are great, too. There was SO much to do.

This review is just to serve as a warning to others wanting to experience 'glamping', that this is not the place. Book another form of accommodation on this property so you're not affected like we were.

First time visit and will definitely endeavor to come back. We had an en-suite powered site. Was large enough to accommodate our needs and en-suite was very clean and family friendly. 2min walk to the beach. On site cafe came in handy on our first morning. Local skate park was also a hit with the teenager.

We had a very disappointing experience. At 10:03 PM, a security guard came to ask us to lower the volume of our music. We complied and left for the beach at 10:20 PM, leaving our drinks and energy drinks inside the cooler. When we returned at midnight, all our drinks, valued at around $800, had been stolen. This was particularly upsetting as we were celebrating my husband’s and two friends' birthdays.
The lack of support from the staff was frustrating. They told us we should have kept everything inside our tents, but how are we supposed to fit a cooler or fridge inside a tent? Additionally, we requested a specific campsite but were given a completely different spot with a terrible location.
Overall, this experience was far from satisfactory and overshadowed what was supposed to be a special celebration.
Unfortunately, my group will not be returning here due to the poor support and unsatisfactory spot. This experience overshadowed what was meant to be a special celebration.
