We stayed in a beach front villa. It was basic but had everything we needed. It was clean, a good size, good view from the balcony and all the amenities you need for a beach side cabin. We were metres from the beach which was exactly what we wanted for this mini break away. Lots of kangaroos morning and night hanging out around the cabins.

The location is beautiful, the pool, splash park, playground are really nice and clean. The food at the Cafe was good and the cocktails at the bar really good. The staff are all lovely and friendly.
Calling the cabins "villa" and the prices are misleading because they are way too expensive for what it is. Comfort inside is at bare minimum, old small couch, small TV, small showers, clean but not overly clean.
The whole park is on bore water including the "villa" and that is advertised nowhere, you only find out a few days beforehand in an email.

Nicole was a legend. Apart from that the staff were all pretty beige. Good old Heath at the bar must’ve had sand in his undies. Not sure that bloke could actually crack a smile.
The rooms were ok. Not great. Not bad. Has bed bugs in main room, bed so soft you almost sunk to the floor.
Dirty outdoor table, dust on every surface in bedroom.
The best part was the location & beach. So if you are camping you’ll be set! The garlic prawn pizza was delicious! ?
Could do we a huge facelift! At $200+ per night. Also speak to HR. Not sure who’s employing your bar staff but not one seemed happy doing their job. You need vibrant, fun, engaging people working the bar & I bet you see a huge improvement in your reviews and the work ethic of your employees.

We’ve been staying here for more than 10 years and keep coming back to this amazing location. We’ve just extended our current stay with the help of the lovely staff at reception. One staff member deserves a special mention. Karina Parsons runs the cleaning crew but she’s also a wonderful ambassador for NRMA and this park. Always smiling, always helpful with anything we need. A very genuine person and a pleasure to see each time we stay here. Regards, John & Jill

Absolutely fabulous place to stay, just what we wanted. Nice and secluded for our "at one with nature" getaway in our motorhome.
We love the fact that because we are away from civilisation, a takeaway cafe and a bistro are on site. Plus basic food items for sale.
I'm glad we had our own water in full tanks, otherwise you need to boil the water available on site. The amenities are all in a clean, fresh condition, and free to use. The staff are lovely, and very communicative.
We love it here.

My recent stay at NRMA beachfront holiday resort was incredibly disappointing, especially considering it used to be my favorite camping spot. The state of the bathrooms was appalling, with blocked toilets, feces on the floors and seats, and a severe shortage of toilet paper. The showers were also in a sorry state, filled with sand and even a used pad left behind.
To make matters worse, the camp kitchen was a disaster. The microwave barely worked, two of the hot plates were out of order, and the coffee machine was completely broken. It was impossible to prepare meals efficiently or enjoy a decent cup of coffee.
Moreover, the splash park, a highlight for many visitors, was not functioning for a significant period during my stay. This lack of maintenance and attention to basic amenities during peak seasons is unacceptable.
In summary, NRMA beachfront holiday resort is in dire need of maintenance and regular cleaning, especially during busy times. As someone who has cherished this location in the past, I hope they address these issues promptly to restore its former charm and appeal.

For us it was a perfect mid week getaway in a pristine quiet beautiful location. The park is beautifully maintained, our cabin was beachfront with an amazing view. The addition of kangaroos lazing about and coming to visit outside the cabin was unique. We thoroughly enjoyed our few days and will definitely be back!

Beautiful caravan park, stunning location. We stayed in a beach villa, comfortable and clean, a little bit dated, but the location is so amazing that it doesn't matter. Many walking tracks and a beautiful pool and cafe onsite. Will visit again!
