My family and I came here twice over the past 2 years. This place is very good if you're looking for somewhere to have fun and just a great time in general. I really recommend going to the waterfront cafe for breakfast sometime if you're staying here. The pools, waterparks, go karts, arcade, playground and tennis courts are all amazing. Even if you just get a morning coffee and head down to the beach that's an amazing experience in itself. I really recommend this place. ?

Never stayed in campsite before ||I was ready impressed with the little cabin I managed to book, thanks to husband’s cousin who lives in Melbourne and has stayed at this location before. |Although the cabin is well maintained and well equipped it’s not very dark at night. |The washer is easy enough to use, but the dryer is for some reason on the top of the washer but upside down|The site itself is dark in the evening, great no light pollution but very funny when coming back from being out for a meal and you can’t find your cabin ?

Facilities and location great with young children. Playground, jumping pillow and small kids club. Also beautiful pool. Both a beach with surf, lagoon (very warm actually warmer than pool) and rock pools within a short walk.

Very disappointed in this park. Because we have a small dog we were placed at the furthest point from the pool, beach and other facilities, in the ‘dog friendly area’.
The sites are not great. All uneven grass and dirt, no slabs.
We felt like second class citizens.
The further north you walk from we were, the better and better it gets.
Won’t be recommending this park, and very happy we are leaving tomorrow.

Very disappointed in the service of this campsite. We booked 8 months in advance and they cancelled our accommodation 3 hours before check-in, when we had all travelled halfway to Merimbula. We are paying adults, all of us over 18, which is considered an adult for most campsites. We attempted to call up and rectify the situation, and they said they would get back to us. However, due to the little notice given to us, we did not have time to wait for them to ‘get back to us’ and had to book a more expensive accommodation. Not only that, but they were not able to refund us immediately after forcing us to find accommodation elsewhere. I am absolutely furious with the treatment I experienced and the lack of explanation given to me. While we understand they may not want young adults to stay at the campsite regardless, it is ridiculous that the only cancelled a couple hours before.

We have loved our stay here. Plenty to do, good facilities. The staff were friendly and accommodating and helped out with a last minute request for a cot. Beautiful view

After seeing the photos of the beautiful pool condos I paid the extra for the view over the pool figuring I could watch my husband and son swimming. This was the view I got from the room. Very misleading. And the pool was colder than the ocean, obviously no solar heating even. The waterpark was closed on a booked out long weekend in November. We were notified of this but everywhere else was booked out by the time we found out so couldn’t book elsewhere so we hardly used any facilities. I Had to re wash a pot that had old food stuck to it. The bed was comfortable but we won’t be rushing back. Yes yes we should have told them when we checked in that I wasn’t happy with the way room location but when you’ve been travelling with small children it’s just not how you want to spend what’s left of your energy.

One of best location we have visited. Good views from the accommodation like oceanview bungalow. Some of the staff are not friendly as they don't care to even smile to the visitors. Need to improve this basic requirement. Enjoyed much there.
