The front desk team, although very busy on check in were attentive and welcoming. Check in and check out with ease. We had room service breakfast which was on time and good value. Carparking ample right nearby and free. Front doors locked after hours felt safe. We also appreciated the complimentary member upgrade. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for a wedding that was near by and the location was awesome with the West HQ right outside the front doors of hotel, so convenient. The rooms were huge! So spacious and clean and had everything we needed for a family of 4. Made our short stay amazing. The buffet breakfast in the morning was great too although it was very busy when we went down we stayed over and hour and got better as we were there. Our 2 kids stayed and ate breakfast for free! Amazing value!

This was a midweek stay. We forgot you can't get room service on a Monday night so there was a hasty departure to West HQ Home club next door. It was a good opportunity to reconnect with the club too.

We really enjoy Novotel West HQ, the rooms are incredibly spacious as to the bathrooms. Beds are comfortable, air con was en point too.

Already looking at another booking soon.

What a fabulous place to stay! Room was clean, bed comfortable, reception staff great and the location to the West Hq and Sydney Coliseum is a game changing winner. I would have scored a ten but unable with the service received or lack there of from the 33 restaurant ( bar was good ). I will be contacting the FB managers personally

The staff were super amazing, the man who checked myself and my daughter in was very helpful, professional and kind, he even gave my daughter a kids activity pack. The staff at the breaky buffet were really nice, friendly and professional. Parking was super easy and practical. The room and bathroom was much bigger than expected, really neat, tidy and clean. The pillows on the bed were super comfy. Love how there is mutliple resturants to pick from and timezone as well. If I ever need to stay in Sydney again around that area I will stay there again. Amazing experience overall.

Everything was awesome, major downfall was advertising indoor pool only to find the pool is not within the hotel & closes early.

The indoor pool was why I chose the location as I had organised the room for my daughter and two close friends for her birthday so they could swim all they wanted until the pool closed.

We got up early so the girls could get their swim on only to be informed they would have to swim in the far corner as the pools also host lessons until 1pm….. had I known any of this, I would have made alternative arrangements.

The girls were happy & loved the room & the experience. It was just disappointing.

I just stayed one night to attend a formal function. The room was huge, very clean and well presented. Staff were lovely, from the ladies cleaning rooms in the morning, reception staff and breafast. Went out of their way to make me comfortable. Thank you.
