Wheelchair users beware. No phone next to bed. No mobile charger next to bed. If it's easy for you to get up to other side of room maybe fine for you, but I would rather have that safety.
Doors do not auto open or close, need upper body strength. Shower floor gets slippery. Bathroom not the best (or worst), but ask for pictures or question hotel for needs, as not sure it will suit all users.
Staff were great. Food was fine. It was clean and comfortable. Some noise. Overpriced.

Outstanding experience. We were there for a friends wedding and I was one of the bridesmaids. We arrived at 2 am at the hotel for hair and make up. Robert the night manager was absolutely fantastic. He parked our car right in front of the entrance for us, made us coffee and helped us in any way he could. Such a delight. As we were leaving the hotel I had requested reception to send a luggage trolley and someone to help (I haven’t asked for something like that before, so I wasn’t sure if they would do it). We are running late so it was really essential that we got all our luggage from the room to the car ASAP. Amir came up to our room with a luggage trolley, a smile on his face, a can do attitude and was super helpful carrying the bride’s luggage to the car. As we were running late and felt under the pump he offered to make us a coffee before we left and gave us a water bottle all without asking for it. These two staff members need to be rewarded. I will be back and this time it will be to stay here ?

I recently booked the last available room at the Ibis for a work trip to Olympic Park during the NRL grand final. It was the only room they had—a $500 rate for two single beds, which I understood given the event. The team graciously offered me the option to upgrade to the Novotel, where I’d be staying later in my trip, if a room became available. I booked the Ibis room and paid over the phone.

On the morning of my trip, I received a call letting me know a room had opened up at the Novotel, and I could stay there for all three nights. I gratefully accepted, but I had no idea just how much I was in for. When I arrived, I was thrilled to find I’d been placed in a corner suite with a spa bath and balcony! The room was beyond my expectations, and the stay was fantastic, despite the public holiday and grand final crowds.

The team truly went above and beyond. They were polite and courteous throughout my stay. When my room keys stopped working on the second day (likely due to my booking being split between work and personal trips), the team quickly issued new ones without any wait.

I don’t usually share feedback unless a stay exceeds expectations—and this one absolutely did. I will be recommending the Novotel Olympic Park to all my colleagues visiting our head office. A big thank you to the entire team for making my stay so memorable, especially on such a busy weekend!

We stayed to watch cold play. The location was amazing and rooms lovely. My husband left his phone in an uber. Carina, the woman at reception went over and above to get it back for us.
The service was next level. We'd definitely stay with you again

I travel with a wheelchair and the experience was relatively easy. I do feel like the breakfast was understaffed. Being in a wheelchair alone they made no attempt to offer to help collect from buffet and had to rely on another guest to kindly serve my porridge as it was out of reach. They were busy and the mood wasn’t very friendly.

Amir was the wonderful gentleman at concierge that greeted us. He was friendly and very helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure myself and my colleagues were welcomed, comfortable and got the best out of our stay. I would be back just for the service! The only constructive comment I would have is that it would have been nice to have had a toothbrush and something in the mini bar as there are no convenience stores in the area.

We recently had a family event here and it was lovely. We arranged and booked everything through Jacinta and she was so great. Everything was done to our liking. She really was very easy to communicate with and made sure all our needs were met including bean bags for the kids which were a huge hit ?. On the day we had Kapil, Sultan and Deepak taking care of us during our event. They are such an asset to this company. Could not have been more accommodating and lovely. They made sure everything was perfect all day and were there to attend to anything we needed. I would recommend Novotel Olympic Park to anyone for any event. Beautiful views from the room we chose including a private balcony. Very intimate as well. Really had a great day. Thank you

All staff were lovely. Nice upgraded room. I would prefer block out blinds as with other hotels in this group. Scrambled eggs were not great, soggy and on arrival with room service it was cold. The restaurant was lovely but it was too dark, the waitress brought us a lamp. Bed was comfy. Street noise was heard even on 16th floor with windows closed.
