One of the best 4 star hotels I have ever stayed at. Kavita the Customer relations manager is super helpful. This stay was longer than usual. She purchased a drier rack for me in her own time. I love the way they have pillow menu. Indian food in restaurant is the best I have ever had, except for an Indian restaurant near the Novotel in Edinburgh. Breakfast is amazing. Great food and great variety. Staff are super kind, and remember my given name. Parking is super convenient under the hotel too. Train station and large shopping area are 10 minutes casual walk away. Reception is always happy to help. Overall it is like you feel when visiting a close relative who really welcomes your visit.

For a hotel of its age, it is very well maintained. Clean rooms, excellent location and the breakfast buffet was nice. A few Negatives. The in room fridge did not work at all and kept nothing cool and when booking, the photos and description said there was a bathtub. I even asked the check in staff if our room had a bath and they said yes. Once in the room there was NO bath. I called to ask if we could either change rooms or pay for an upgrade. I was told all renovated rooms no longer have a bath and there was no spa rooms available. I was very disappointed as I was not offered anything to make me happy at all. So our stay was not satisfactory. I only give negative reviews after I give a business the opportunity to rectify the issues I have. Since nothing was done about my issues a 2 star revies has been given.

Although I only stayed one night, the whole experience was enjoyable. The hotel was easily accessed from Springvale Road. Reception staff were extremely friendly, professional and helpful. Car parking was all one level and there were plenty of car parks for the night that I was there. The hotel is nicely furnished and my room was comfortable, clean and had all that I needed. I was given an upgrade, so the king room was quite spacious.
The Meze restaurant is on site, serving both Indian and traditional food. Service was prompt and my meal at dinner time was tasty and reasonably priced.

The location is wonderfully convenient, with numerous restaurants and shops in close proximity, making it easy to explore the area. The room is clean and cozy, providing a comfortable atmosphere for relaxation. The food offered is also quite tasty, though there may be opportunities to expand the menu options for an even better experience. Overall, this place has a solid foundation, and with a few enhancements, it could be exceptional.

It was 4 walls and a roof, you know? Not much more. Dinner in the restaurant was nice. Rooms were clean.

The $39 breakfast includes, amongst other things: luke warm, soggy bacon; bulk runny scrambled eggs; baked beans; mushrooms; and a pretty ordinary coffee machine. The juice was good.

Paid for the week parking at $27 per day, only to find that the parking I paid for had been used on the second night! They allowed for overflow because they had a function - although that was not my concern.

I went there for work, and it was refused to bill expenses back to work, which was frustrating.

On the way out, they have sent an email with an overall invoice (without some charges/receipts included), then a follow up email that asks for a review - which I would have done in preference to this, but the feedback form doesn't work!

Not my first choice when I go back to Melbourne. Not in my top 10.

Very pleasant staff. Nice and quiet rooms. Very comfortable beds. Great place to stay if you are working in the eastern suburbs.
Lots of choices when it comes to food in the area and a great restaurant in house.

As someone who travels frequently and stays extensively within the Accor hotel network as a Platinum member, I’ve come to expect a consistent level of comfort and service. However, my recent one-night stay at Novotel Glen Waverley genuinely exceeded expectations and deserves special recognition.

A reserved car park space was waiting for me—an incredibly convenient gesture that immediately made me feel valued and welcomed. Upon check-in, I was greeted warmly and provided with well-curated welcome amenities, showcasing the team’s attention to detail and dedication to guest comfort.

What stood out most was the personalized service—far beyond the standard offerings I’ve experienced across many Accor hotels globally. The staff were not only professional and efficient, but also sincerely warm and accommodating, making the entire experience feel more like a welcome home than just another hotel stay.

Yet another incredible Accor Plus stay.||Just when you think things can’t get any better the Novotel Glen Waverley elevate the Accor guest experience to the next level.||I’m talking dedicated platinum car space, amazingly quiet rooms, exceptional staff including the e most endearing Udari in reception.||An absolute must is to indulge in a culinary experience for breakfast and dinner in the modern and inspiring cutting edge Meze restaurant. A plethora of middle eastern, bistro favourites and the signature Indian dishes will both impress and leave you wanting more. The Indian curries and chicken bryani as authentic Indian as the Taj Mahal, a Maharaja or indeed a Rajshi Byanjan (Royal Hindi Banquet).||The hosts during dinner are welcoming and professional with an eye to attention. Shout out to Mr Suranga, Akesh and Chethiya. We also love the wine buffet option with our main meal allowing all you can drink wine for two hours during dinner….WOW!!!||A must stay if you need quality, comfort and professional accommodation in the East and an elevated experience for all Accor Plus members.
