We stayed for two nights to be close to South Bank and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay for adults and two young kids. During the day we spent time at the pools and playgrounds located near the hotel and by night the bars and restaurants down Fish Lane were perfect. We also caught the City Cat and were blown away by Brisbane and how modern and clean it is. Highly recommend. The hotel itself was centrally located, modern, clean and well priced. The staff were helpful and willing to recommend where to eat. If you do stay, make sure you visit Fish Lane and the bars and restaurants down there. Overall we highly recommend and can’t wait to visit again.

My stay at Novotel Brisbane was overall positive. It’s a modern hotel with a great first impression: stylish, quiet, and comfortable. The decor and atmosphere definitely stand out.

That said, there are a few things to keep in mind. The rooms and pool are on the smaller side, and parking isn’t included, which is a bit of a letdown, especially considering how pricey it is. Including parking in the rate and offering more reasonable pricing would really improve the experience.

On the plus side, the location is spot on, making it easy to get around. However, the park across the road has quite a few tents which can make the area feel a bit unsafe at times.
Some staff members were really friendly and helpful, which was great.

All in all, it’s a decent option if you’re after a modern and comfy stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement given the cost.

We stayed the night with our two young daughters. The king suite was very spacious, luxurious and well decorated. Location was perfect, walking distance to everything in the city. We were very impressed by the service from the staff. I requested an early check in if possible, our little on needed a nap, the staff member Nym was incredibly helpful and called us as soon as the room was ready. The other staff members also went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable stay.

Wonderfully relaxing and extremely clean rooms, staff were helpful, professional, friendly, and just generally fantastic people. Will definitely be staying again, and for a little longer next time. Location and parking were excellent, zero complaints, and nothing but praise from us.

We checked in about an hour ago and I'm super impressed already. Booked a pool access room - it was ready for early check-in. Erika at reception was wonderful and even had a little gift of chocolates to give our daughter as a welcome gift as we are Accor members. The room is lovely too. I hope the rest of our stay is just as perfect.
