I am so pleased with the service of Novella on my birthday celebration. From the paperwork till the actual event, it was smooth, relaxed, complete in detail, and quick response to emails and calls. During the event, we all enjoyed the huge and well lighted space, its cleanliness, the availability of the space for us for the decoration and preparation, timely delivery of delicious food from entree to main to dessert, and the event manager, waiters and projector operator who were cordial as they do their job well thus easing our stress and adrenalin. What a privilege as well to have met the owner of Novella, maybe we were fortunate that he was around and so he never missed an opportunity for us to meet and have a quick chat. What a gentleman and very customer-oriented to have a connection with people. Thank you for making my celebration a fantastic, elegant and memorable one!

I have no words. From the beginning of our wedding planning, right up until the end of our wedding, Novella was incredible. Could not recommend them enough. Our event coordinator Zaynab went above and beyond, all staff on the night made sure we had everything we needed and the night/could not have been better. John was always so approachable, happy to have a chat, and was actually there to greet and congratulate us prior to our ceremony which was a nice touch and we appreciated. Also, the food was all delicious. If I could give more stars I would. Thank you Novella on the Park. We could not recommend this beautiful venue enough xx

Recently attended a wedding here. The manager shown in this picture was VERY rude, wanted to start a fight with one of the other wedding guest. He made everyone around feel very uncomfortable. The wedding guest was drunk and bumped into the service by accident, and he goes on saying how we have to respect the servers. He needs to understand that while someone is under the influence it is simply a misunderstanding, it’s normal to bump into others when you are under the influence. He needs to be patient and try to evaluate the situation before starting a fight. I hope that he reviews his own behavior. Weddings are supposed to be a happy celebration, if you don’t like working in this industry, it’s not for you. If your face is constantly frowning/grumpy, it affects those around. Therefore, I hope his position is reconsidered because it was absolutely inappropriate.

Recently myself and my new husband had our wedding at Novella on the park and from start to finish we were both so impressed! From dealing with our events coordinator, Zaynab who was an absolute joy to work with as she was so helpful from start to finish. On the actual day of the event all the staff and Angelo our banquet Manager at Novella were so helpful and supportive and very friendly to all guests and my bridal party. John and The team of Novella on the park thank you so much for being such an amazing team and host and I highly recommend Novella on the park to anyone who has a function in the future! I did my wedding at Novella. John and the team did an amazing job throughout the whole event. They were so attentive to detail and make sure we were looked after. They were ensuring that everything was on track. The only downside was the issue with projector which we had to pay mid way as we thought we already paid when we spoke to our event coordinator. Other than that, the room was nicely setup and the staff were very friendly. I would recommend Novella to anyone looking to get married as it is beautiful venue.
