Solid Breakfast Spot with a View. The setting is cozy and offers a pleasant outlook. Parking is limited but generally sufficient. The 'Big Brekkie' is up to standard, particularly the well-cooked toast and bacon. The coffee is also reliable. Overall, a typical breakfast place that meets expectations.

Had a ‘Big Breakfast’ which was lovely. Great setting with a nature walk right next door and quiet seating out back with fly screens for comfort.

There aren’t some many tables, so try to book on Sundays.
Very taste mocha and with a beautiful foam.
The eggs Benedict was amazing.
About the service 10/10 because the coffe came first, but the dishes came few minutes after, which is wonderful for me.
Thank very much for this experience and we will be back soon for sure.

Really interesting and somewhat secluded spot, away from the main area of Mandurah and right by the water. This place would be beautiful in the summer sitting outside watching the dolphins, but was still surprisingly fine to sít outside during winter, thanks to their double layered sheeting / mesh around the outdoor seating area.

The food here was very good, and very reasonably priced. It was fairly classic Australian brunch food, and the menu was big without being too varied. The menus themselves could do with a reprint but that's obviously very minor.

The coffee was delicious, and the latte art very impressive. They also had nice tea and so clearly take their drinks seriously.

Unfortunately the staff member (who seemed to be a manager) really damaged our visit as soon as we walked in, by repeatedly speaking to us in an unusually rude way. As an example, after informing us that the only available tables were outside, I asked the (not unreasonable) question of how it would be sitting out there, to which whe replied "it's all we've got". A younger more friendly member of staff was quick to jump in and clarify that it was well covered, saving us from leaving on the spot. The manager was in a better mood a few minutes later and seemed perfectly happy for the rest of the experience, but her attitude in the first 5 minutes made us feel unwelcome and unwanted. I'm hopeful that this was just a one off, and will give the spot another try before deciding as the rest of the visit was very good.

A high hair was available for our little one, as was ample parking, and most of the staff were very friendly.

Great little place that did an awesome vegan tofu scramble. Staff were slightly stand offish but the place is cute and can imagine a nice summer vibe when it’s warmer.
