Beautiful apartments, perfectly located near all the restaurants and bars, as well as the river opening and beach. Views are incredible and the management team are fantastic. Always ready to help out with whatever you need. I highly recommend staying in an apartment from level 2 up so you can look down onto the river and watch the sting rays who live right in front of the complex!

Great location, Woolies, BWS, Chemist, Post Office and lots of food places as soon as you walk out the front door.
Sunshine Plaza less than 10min easy walk if you didn't want to drive.
Balconies with the rooms are great to enjoy being outside.
Excellent hosts, very helpful and friendly.
Central to everything that you need and easy walking around. Nice and relaxing place to be. We enjoyed our time there.

Northcliffe is an amazing place to stay for a holiday or weekend. Centrally located in Maroochydore near Duporth Tavern, Big Top Shopping Centre and Red Sea Restaurant (Best Seafood on the coast). Rooms are very clean and spacious and views are fantastic day and night. Suzanne is so welcoming and helpful. Family run business with good old fashion values and care. Highly recommended.

Excellent location. Affordable accommodation, great for families. We have been coming to Northcliffe for many years and love our time there. Four generations having been holidaying here and we have made some incredible memories. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Nothing is a problem.

I stayed at Northcliffe Apartments on a special holiday from the UK with my sister and brother in law.I haven't seen them for over 40 years. To be able to relax and catch up in such a wonderful setting was perfect. The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. I especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the activity on the water, the amazing birdlife and the view. The pool and jacuzzi were a very welcome facility. If you want to eat in, dine out, swim, walk, shop or just chill, then this is the perfect location, nothing is more than a few minutes walk from the apartments. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend Northcliffe Apartments.

Great location at the end of Ocean Street, where all the bars and restaurants are. Siituated on the waters edge, great access to the river. Fantastic veiws of the inlet. The higher floors are just spectacular. Great place to stay.
Sauna and jacuzzi and swimming pool, pool table are all bonuses
Managers are very helpful too. Great people.

We stayed for 5 nights (that’s all that was available) in a great, fully renovated unit overlooking the river, where we could just sit back, relax and watch the world go by. The unit was very tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need. It is within walking distance to everything, we didn’t even take our car out once. The views from the balcony were ever changing, paddle boarders, kayaks , boats etc. we were even watching the whales breaching. Thank you Suzanne for everything you are a credit to the tourism industry. Cannot wait until our next hopefully longer holiday. Regards

We absolutely loved our 8 night relaxing stay at Northcliffe Apartments, we would have loved to have stayed longer!
Suzanne and her team are amazing nothing is a problem at all. Our 2 bedroom apartment on the 7th floor was perfect and fully renovated, it was so spacious with an incredible view of the river. The heated pool and spa were very luxurious. This is such a great location with Supermarkets, bars and restaurants close by, also the very large Sunshine Plaza Shopping Centre a short walk away. We will definitely be back again next year. Don’t hesitate booking an Apartment here, you will love it. Thanks so much for helping to make our trip so enjoyable!
