Great place to take the family to watch the footy. Kids have a great time and better value than going to watch a game at one if the bigger stadiums. Up the Bears!!

The good old North Sydney Oval is still a beautiful place to watch a game of cricket. It's like stepping back in time.

Intimate, right-up close to the action vibe, and one of the few grounds that still has a hill to sit on.

Love watching the cricket here except it would be a little bit better if they had the screen in a slightly different position so you could see it from the wheelchair spots. Accessibility is not great, as the ground is very uneven but at least they have seating in a stand with a lift to the spot, there is no carers seat though so you either have to bring your own or ask staff to bring you one. Staff are normally pretty helpful.

A beautiful cricket ground with some historic buildings. I have been here to watch cricket on a number of occasions now.

The only downside would be the lack of parking. It's best to try and use public transport if you wish to go to NSO.

Beautiful place! I love the fig trees, the beautifully maintained grass. The grass isn't just nice on the field, where you sit in the crowd the grass is like a bowling green. It's beautiful!

The facilities are relaxed, the staff are relaxed and friendly. Everyone seems to want to make sure you have a good time!

At least the times I've been, for the womens' BBL, everyone has been having a good time, is really friendly and just enjoying the cricket at a beautiful location.

What's more, the players are so lovely to children, hanging around for nearly an hour afterwards to give signatures and talk to the kids. How good is that? It is genuinely growing a love and respect for sport in my young family.

If you're thinking of spending a day at North Sydney oval I strongly recommend it.

North Sydney Oval hosts a number of Domestic matches of Cricket Australia along with WBBL matches. Beautiful stadium with large covered galleries. Accessible at walking distance from North Sydney railway station. Entry was free when I visited the NSW Vs Queensland 50 over match
