I have hired the event studio for my belly dance classes. The space is beautifully designed with a view and the natural environment felt inspirational to dance in. The facilities are clean and organised with wonderful lighting. It's handy to have a healthy cafe and coffee shop next door as part of the complex. Picnic and Real Food bar is simply delicious and fresh each and every time. Thank you Sonja & Brenda for your continuous support. xx

What a fantastic venue to host a function. We had a networking event at North Store with over 60 attendees. The attention to detail, first class service and AMAZING food prepared by Brenda was superb. Highly recommend for any function or wedding!! Thank you ladies for hosting us!

We had the worst experience this afternoon. The staff came across as rude, obnoxious and their responses towards us was racial profiling. The lady taking our order was rude to us and kept commenting on how we were taking too long to put an order in. We had made a request for one member of our party to have their own food due to their religious beliefs and dietary requirements which was denied and we were told to use the picnic table across the road if we wanted to all eat together. Which was cold and windy making it uncomfortable for the elders in our group.
We then ordered take away which they stuffed up. We had ordered three items but they only put two through the order and didn't check with us. When we asked if they would check we had 3 items, the male staff member with beard and glasses dismissed our request. He rudely told my wife to wait and that order will be ready when it's done.
We had a terrible experience and felt discriminated and disrespected. We most certainly will not be returning here. I'm sure losing one order wouldn't matter to the business but I hope that they read this to check-in with their staff and maybe provide an opportunity so that other customers don't have to experience the same.

Not a good place if you've got children with you.

The Cafe has a grassy area with established plants, which is an appealing play area for kids while their parents sip coffee.

The owners will rush over to your kids and abruptly tell them to stop what they're doing if they seem to be enjoying themselves too much.

It really adds unnecessary tension to an otherwise decent experience.

How lucky was I to have my 50th birthday party at Picnic Real Food Bar! When your family and friends are totally foodies and they have travelled from far and wide to be with you; I was super pleased we chose to have our private function for 42 people here. Why? The food was totally fabulous - fresh, local, tasty, with delicious vegetarian options too! Both Brenda and Sonja were great communicators, flexible and skilled at ensuring it all came together on the night. They know what they are doing and it was a pleasure to collaborate with them. My friends and fam just loved it and are looking forward to venturing back! Thank you so much for having us at Picnic!

I recently hosted a Sound Healing event at North Stores event space. It was an incredible experience. Some of my regular clients who attend my Sound Healings in other locations said it was the best one they have attended. I attribute this to the incredible tranquility of Mt Tamborine. Brenda and Sonja were amazing to work with. They made everything so easy for me. I look forward to holding more events in this beautiful space.

I attended a function last night at North Stores (Bloom inc) it was fantastic. Lovely cosy space to fit many people. The food was outstanding, great location right in the heart of Tamborine Mountain. And the lovely hosts Brenda and Sonja went out of their way to make the experience seamless. Great event space.

This is such a gorgeous little 'nook' on the mountain ... it feels like it's own community of fabulous people. The event space is gorgeous and I am designing my own retreat around the space ... the space is so awesome that is coming first, and I'm designing my program around it. Wished I lived closer so I could pop in every day!
