Our family was disappointed with our stay at this accommodation. It was difficult to check in, the room was dirty, didn't have enough utensils for a family of four, the bed linen was dirty, the drain in the bathroom had an awful stench coming from it, and we had to stop using that bathroom. It felt generally unclean - the floor and cupboards were sticky with grease. It was non smoking but we were overwhelmed by the cigarette smoke coming from apartments near us. The pool was dirty and was not cleaned for the duration of our stay. We had no response from management when trying to get some of these issues sorted. This accommodation fell short in so many ways, a real disappointment for our holiday on the Sunshine Coast.

Convenient and close to hospital and just a short drive to other areas.
Nice clean unit with pleasant outlook.
However we were not happy to find that the one and only smoke detector had been covered with plastic. We can understand because they supply a fry pan etc for cooking that the detector probably is set off during cooking. Please install a smoke detector that will cope with cooking smells etc. and possibly one day save lives if unfortunately the detector needed to be used what it's designed for.

We were incredibly disappointed with our recent stay. While the apartment itself was a decent size, it was in unacceptable condition upon arrival and did not match the standard that was advertised.

We can overlook general wear and tear — that's to be expected in any well-used property — but the overall cleanliness and other issues went far beyond that. There was hair and grime in the bathroom. The apartment also had several maintenance problems, including cracks and damage to the walls, lamps not working, and non-functioning WiFi. (despite it being listed as an included feature.)

The most concerning issue was the presence of black mould. It was found on the “freshly cleaned” sheets in the main bedroom, and despite raising it immediately, the sheets weren’t replaced for two days. Additional mould was found in the showers, on the shower heads, and even on the bathroom faucets — a serious health and hygiene concern in any accommodation.

We reported these issues to the booking provider, but unfortunately, there has been no resolution, apology, or compensation offered.

Sadly, based on our experience, I would strongly avoid staying here.

DON'T STAY HERE!!!
As soon as we walked in we were disappointed. The room looked nothing like the pictures on the website, the furniture (couch, coffee table and beds) were not the same as what was shown in the photos, there was no rug under the coffee table or any artwork on the walls and the smell of bleach was overwhelmingly strong. After a couple of hours I called to ask how much money we would lose if we decided to leave. Because we had used a hand towel and the soap in the bathroom, they said it was only fair they charge us for one night and would refund the rest. I wasn't happy with this outcome but I just wanted to get out of there so I agreed.

I booked directly through the website. I didn't see any mention of it during booking but they charge 2.9% credit card surcharge. I called them after booking to see if I could pay by bank transfer or any other means but they said no, only by card, so the surcharge is unavoidable.

We ended up staying in an Airbnb, which was slightly more expensive but infinitely better. The Airbnb host wanted to keep her "super host" rating so she went out over and above to ensure our stay was a good one, unlike this place where it feels like they've gone out of their way to make it as intolerable as possible.

Lovely location. Close to alot of necessities most notably a hospital and a shopping centre all within walking distance. Has a beautiful lake popular with fitness oriented people. Wasn't overly fond of my room as I was placed next door to a family with screaming kids. And the close proximity to each other means we can hear every little sound like the banging of doors nd chatter. That was my only gripe.Also the parkings great as we all have our own allocated spot. Would definitely come back here again but next time have my own door. And lastly the price i found was affordable for a solo traveller. 👍

The location was convenient, and the view was beautiful. The check-in process was smooth, and I appreciated the early check-in, which was a nice touch. Several issues stood out, including a shirt left behind by a previous guest and leftover frozen food still in the freezer. Since I was feeling unwell at the time, I didn’t contact the property until after checking out. The property stated they would have offered me a different room had I reported the cleanliness issues during my stay. On the positive side, the room was spacious, and the view remained stunning, which helped to make the stay somewhat more enjoyable despite the cleanliness issues. Based on this experience, I would be hesitant to return or recommend this property unless significant improvements are made.

Room 17A First night no hot water, second night only enough hot water for 3 adults. Room had a rubbish like smell. Location perfect for Sunshine Coast Stadium and hospital.

Lovely welcome from staff on arrival. My apartment however 53b, was not. It was not very clean. The TV wouldn’t load. No bulb in the lamp. Furniture and walls and ceilings had dirty marks all over them. Picture over bed not straight. To be honest I’m not sure the room had actually been cleaned. Water pressure incredibly poor. Could hardly fill a glass of water or wash my hair. Would not recommend
