Very pleasant staff and owner. Quiet place! Beside a good park! And very close to good restaurants! |The room is fair in size, bathroom and toilet size is decent. |The filipina receptionist is very kind and very cheerful.|The owner is very nice and reasonable when I asked for a much later check out.|Will stay again!

Great little hotel. Very friendly accommodating staff and the room was clean and comfortable. The Pub next door was great - really good food, and it had a huge park across the road. Would stay again for a short stay. Would recommend for families.

You're paying more for the location than anything else. Parking in the area is quite difficult if you don't manage to secure the onsite parking. The hotel itself is outdated for most parts. The double bed was very soft and comfortable. The window of my bathroom backed right onto a school so having school kids walking past whilst you're showering isn't ideal.

we were happy for the privacy provided and helpful staff. Very organised and very enjoyable with the hospitality of the staff. We will inform our kids who always travelling to Sydney. Fair and reasonable fares. Easy to walk to all important business places and food stores.

Decent for the $ clean, cosy, friendly service... would stay again... parking kinda crap but can't overly be helped. Bag pipers over the road late at night sucked but again not hotels fault... over all no 5 star hotel but was a comfortable stay.

The room satisfied all our needs for our short stay. The bed was gave us a good night sleep, the shower was good and the room facilities made our stay comfortable. The hotel was conveniently located to work and 10 minutes walk to the metro train.

Staff are always friendly and accommodating. Location is ideal. Been there before and keep going back. Rooms are exceptionally clean. Some motels offer the same thing for exorbitant price. I just need a pillow and shower and a realistic price.

Spent a few days at North Shore Hotel during the Paralympics Games for work as I tend to travel a lot. Accommodation was pretty good! nice clean comfortable bed with a mini-fridge, tv, air-conditioning unit and a shower for usage. The customer service was wonderful as the booking service was personal where the staff went above and beyond. Parking is limited but as long as you pre-book ahead with the hotel they have parking on site. I would highly recommend staying here.
