I’m having such a wonderful experience at Lismore Medispa, and highly recommend. It feels so good to let these wonderful ladies look after you and I’m so happy with results already after 3 or so weeks. I chose to go with a winter package with Cayla, and it’s been a dream for my skin. I also saw Karri for an injectable session and she made it so comfortable and fun.
Definitely check them out!

First time at the Lismore clinic as I previously went to Ballina. I absolutely love Medispa Northern Rivers and their staff. I went in for some lip filler today with Nurse Karri. Such a relaxing appointment, my results were amazing and the girls are so welcoming. I look forward to going back! 🙂

I used to go to north coast medi spa in Lismore for laser, I had a really lovely girl I used to go too, then she left. Then I got a new girl and there prices seemed to go from around 50$ to now 90$. Therefore due to this price increase I have unfortunately moved to a different place. The service is always lovely though and all the girls are super welcoming.

Medispa is all about money & no accountability when their treatments make absolutely no difference. Frankly, I'm amazed & suspicious about the positive reviews here. I initially had a 30-minute facial & was charged $65 ... & the facial was nothing to rave about! My daughter had two hair removal treatments & my other daughter had three light treatments & two laser treatments on a small scar &, honestly, in both intances (& hundreds of dollars later) the treatments made no difference at all. We also initially spent $220 on a small bag of skincare products. With all of the treatments we were assured of positive improvements but this was not the case. I asked if my daughter could get micro-needling on her small scar because Medispa's laser treatments hadn't worked at all & the receptionist said it would cost $300 - the same price as a full face! She explained that it was too difficult to do a one-spot treatment. There's no integrity or customer service with Medispa. Thankfully I've found another business in Lismore who has offered a free consultation & a small patch of micro-needling for $70. Unlike Medispa they have been flexible to accommodate our individual need. Guess where we'll be going in future for our skincare. I'm a local of 40+ years & I will be telling all the women I work with exactly how much of a rip off Medispa is. By the way, all the information expressed here is a one-hundred percent accurate depiction of my experience with Medispa.

Great Customer Service and friendly staff. What a pamper session I had. I walked out of this business feeling refreshed and destressed. I highly recommend.
