What was great:
The apartments were clean, comfortable, and in a great location—a perfect base for exploring Noosa. The facilities were well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant.

What could be improved:
There are a lot of warning signs everywhere, which gives off a slightly strange vibe, almost as if guests here frequently break the rules. It felt a bit excessive. Also, the reception closes at 4 PM, so we unfortunately couldn’t rent bikes as planned. Another downside is that bike rentals and beach towels cost extra, which could easily be included to improve the guest experience.

Thank you to the resort staff for the multiple emails and notifications. Although it was a little bit inconvenient that the reception hours were only until 5pm, but online check-in was very convenient! Also we really appreciated that the staff for reminding us several times that we forgot to turn off the car. Fortunately, we forgot it after we got up early and went out...The whole room was very big, with a kitchen and a small living room, but it would be better if there was a mat in the bathroom, because I accidentally slipped in the bathroom 🙁

We first booked into another hotel. Our search was for a quiet accommodation. Unfortunately, our first reservation, despite the promise of quiet, was reserved by a party and we decided to find somewhere else.||We couldn't have been happier to find the river retreat. The staff were incredibly helpful, the location for the river was perfect and the shops to stock up on supplies were a short walk or easy drive away.||The place itself was clean and beautiful. ||Highly recommend if you're a couple seeking a getaway.

Thanks so much Kate and Geoff for the lovely stay! The upgrade was an added bonus to our night in Noosa. Fantastic location near to some great evening entertainment. Lovely dip this morning in the pool after a pleasant walk by the river. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting noosa!

Absolutely loved our stay at Noosa River Retreat. Beautiful room, well decorated with a homely feel and clean as a whistle.

The service at reception by Geoff & Kate was perfect. Great local knowledge for suggestions on what to do and eat during our stay. Very helpful and genuinely lovely people.

Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Noosa.

Apartment clean, just some rusty faucets.It was a nice to have some water put on the fridge but it really tasted like dishwashing…Annoying sound when we open the light in the bathroom.Really nice and spacious apartment, with more than I actually needed!Nice outdoor pool and jacuzzi. But the afternoon I arrived I wanted to lay down on the sunbeds but I wasn’t able to since the garden was being watered and the water goes so far that it goes into the pool and jacuzzi and made all the sunbeds soaked wet.I only got the chance to meet the receptionists/managers at my check out, since the opening hours are 9am-5pm and 9-12am on weekends. They were really nice.But I gotta say this is so weird for me to see a reception with such opening hours… Where I come from and in most countries I went to, this is 24/7 or close to it.There is not a real service, we have to find the room on our own(even if we get a map with our key in the safe box), I mean there was a binder with informations, we can send them texts but we have to wait to get an answer if any, I was always away before they opened and came back when they weren’t there anymore so I know it seems to be an Australian thing (and good for them!) but this lack of real human interaction is unfortunate.We receive ton of emails and I also think about the people who are not good at the technology stuff

I stayed here for one night and the room was terrible. I was in Unit 4 which is on the ground floor. The ensuite smells. They use toxic cleaning products to mask the smell. It makes the entire room smell. I never write reviews but this was awful and I was only here for one night UT don't plan a weekend here. The drains for upper level rooms aren't sound proof and keep waking you up. The room is really musty. Real Shame because the layout and furniture etc is nice

We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was very clean, modern, bright and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable.
The managers of the complex were super friendly and helpful as well and the complex is well maintained.
The location was handy to the river, restaurants and shops, although there is a busy road to cross to get to them. There was a bit of road noise, however that was only slight and didn’t affect us.
