We stayed for a week at the end of August, family of four. There’s not a lot to say except everything was beautiful and the service we received fantastic. The property itself was well maintained and I loved all quality appliances.

The pool was closed for most of our stay but we could use the resort pool next door. Again, just looked after.

Can’t wait to return!!!

This accommodation was beautiful, as soon as you walked into our apartment it was relaxing. So clean and well presented. The beds were so comfortable and the space of the apartment was perfect for my family. Claire on Reception was absolutely lovely and welcoming and also went above and beyond to have an item (we left) returned to us. Can't recommend these Residences high enough. We will definitely be going back. 🙂

Sensational accommodation, beautiful decor, and love the art on the walls! Great location, close to everything and with privacy from all the hustle and bustle on Hastings Street. My favourite part... sunset in the evenings and the sound of the breeze in the trees. Will definitely be back again. Thank you to Claire for being a fantastic hostess, extremely friendly, and helpful.

Don't believe that you will get the room you booked! Stayed for three nights with two groups of adults and a baby. Don't expect to sleep well unless you like sleeping with street lights - only sheer blinds and no curtains on any windows. ||We booked and paid for 3bd ocean view spa villa with 1 X queen, 1 x king bedroom and 1 x twin single bedroom. Apparently a short walk to the beach - no one tells you that "short walk" is down two steep hills and then back up said steep hills on the return home. And unless you want on road there are flights of stairs. Also, there are stairs to the villa - approx 14 across three flights to get from garage to door - not ideal with a baby either. ||We got a downgraded to a 3 bedroom no spa (still with some distant ocean view mostly trees though) and 1 x king room and 1x room with two double beds and 1 X room with twin single. Traveling with two couples and a baby meant we had to decide who was unlucky enough to get the double beds instead of a queen option that we were expecting and we couldnt sleep with cot in the room easily as there were two double beds. Not expected at this price range. ||All of the above could have been overlooked except for the fact there are NO Curtains and NO blockout blinds on any window, and there are streetlights straight into each bedroom so it is as bright as dawn all night - bring your face mask and don't come here with children unless you want to be up all night. ||Not only was there no spa, there was no bath at all. ||Instead of a bath there were three poorly maintained showers in the bathrooms. None of the toilets were thoroughly cleaned either.|I had to wipe down the lounges as they had dog hair on them and were clearly dirty. The rug was disgusting luckily I brought a baby mat. ||Bring everything - self sufficient means not more than one a full toilet roll on each toilet. No spray and wipe. Dish liquid and laundry detergent was provided though. ||Positives |- beautiful architectural structure |- nice linen and towels |- good bedding|- proximity to Hastings if you are walking well and don't need to cart a lot of stuff|- full kitchen and bbq|- good air-conditioning in all rooms was a huge bonus ||Note we raised most of these issues and apparently the villa we booked was already taken so there were no options to change. After a rude response they emailed us a $100 voucher for local restaurant, but given the price we paid for accommodation this insufficient compensation for the shortfalls here. ||I note there are a lot of great reviews on these properties so maybe other villas don't have these issues, but I wouldn't risk getting stuck in a room I didn't book or pay for again - Will not be returning or recommending.

A Surprisingly disappointing experience. ADVICE: Be careful to get the unit you booked! Our group was unknowingly downgraded from our prepaid unit option that was baby safe without stairs, easy entrance with a pram, spa, and 1 king/1 queen beds, BUT we were given another unit upon arrival without explanation! Not only was the unit not fitting to our needs: it not baby safe with all of the stairs, there are gaps between the balconies making it a serious risk for any children to fall through, and no curtains on any of the windows to block the sunrise at 4am and street lamps at night. Additionally, we had to wash all of the glasses before using them. Despite communicating this to reception, the reception team refused to acknowledge the change and reimburse us for the downgrade. We are disappointed with the lack of professionalism.

10/10!! If we could give it more we would!! This place is magic! And clean oh so clean! Very well equipped and perfect for a family break! It’s lovely and quiet you wouldn’t think you were 200m from Hastings Street. We can’t fault it at all and will definitely be back! We recommend pre booking any restaurants you want to go to as it’s busy!!! We are very glad we did! The management are only a call away even dropping off toilet paper on Christmas Day!

We were a family of 4 in town for a week. The apartments were very spacious. We loved all the little balconies. Bedrooms very comfortable. Very quiet. Felt like we were in a treehouse. Good location - the walk up the hill shouldn't put you off. Cooked in house more than we thought as we were so relaxed in the space.

It was our first time staying at the residence and it was lovely! Great architecture, great location, great pool and great view! Our stay was tranquil, relaxing and very enjoyable. Staffs were lovely and easy going. The door in one of the master bedrooms was broken and could not close, one set of duvet was not very clean which was slightly off-putting. Some minor dislikes but the overall experience was very good! We'd definitely come back for our next visit!
