I brought a client for a remedial massage last week. She had a fall last year and has continually been in pain. After her massage, she couldn't praise Nonny enough, and gave me a big hug for booking her in for a 1 hour massage.
Booking was quick, no issue requesting a receipt for tax purposes.

Absolute waste of money,
Walked out half way threw the Massarge. She randomly started slapping and punching me in the back and legs going out of control,
Did her best to get you to leave the room within minutes of starting the massage so she could take on the next client and still take your money and way overcharged for the quality of the Massarge
She randomly brought up questions about other shops and there techniques and how she just wanted a good rating.
She said I had heart and liver problems lol, yeah definitely don’t recommend going there .

I should have trusted the Reviews.
Waste of time, waste of money, waste of energy.
Regretfully, I went for the massage.
LiYing massage was very average, random rubbing, tapping and movements.
she was talking either on the phone or to me, asking about my age, nationality, children…?
Not a relaxing or healing experience.
Overcharged me for the poor quality service too.

Kept commenting on my weight & trying to sell me weight loss pills, despite me asking her not to. She was telling me I'd be so much prettier if I lost 30kg. I tolerated it for 40mins to the point I was in tears & cut the massage short. I tried to explain how inappropriate & embarrassing that was to do that to someone in such a vulnerable position. She then tried to blame it on her "poor" English. Her English is excellent.
Noisy, calling out to other customers, checking her phone throughout, impossible to relax.
I'm a nurse, I deal with customer service & people in vulnerable states, I can't imagine how she thought her conduct was ok. This was one of the worst things I've experienced & it felt like a cruel joke.
Not even a decent massage. Never again. Absolute waste of time & money.

I’ve been to so many massages before and this was my worst experience. She didn’t try hard and also only gave me 40min and charged me for 1hour.
Very unprofessional, Would not recommend at all .

90 min full body massage that was a complete waste of time and money and my last at this business. During the massage there were 4 walk in customers and 5 phone call interruptions so a lack of staff and professional masseurs is taking this business downhill quickly.
