Lovely old pub which is historic. Got to meet Neil and Margaret who were great hosts. Quaint dining area. Had a lovely meal of lamb shanks and veggies. Camp stay at the waterhole which is within walking distance

The pub is very photogenic and nearby a lovely camp by the water. Our 2nd visit - this time the staff were not overly welcoming and the meals were underwhelming. Don’t know what the Dianne sauce was concocted from but it was awful. We won’t go out of our way again.

Lovely staff, definitely stop in for a chat.
Right across the road is the public showers and toilets.
And just check in to the free riverside camping that is about 500 meters away!
Didn't get the pleasure of having a meal but definitely will next time!

Fantastic stay. Rooms comfy albeit small. Bathrooms convenient. A few too many bugs in Gents for my liking. Owners are fantastic people. Kept us entertained with wonderful stories about history and happenings at Noccundra Hotel

Dropped in for lunch on a Sunday, service good, food good and the aircon was great on a 38 degree day. A few locals came and went while we were there and the bar staff was up for a chat. Way too hot to stop there camping but a lunch and a cold drink was great.

Great camp but welcome at the pub was lacking. We felt we were an intrusion, had one drink and left. No chance of a meal, they only serve hotel guests on Tuesdays not grey nomads. Disappointing as we had travelled out of our way to enjoy some genuine bush hospitality

A quaint old pub, last rebuilt in the late 1800s, I think. We ordered tickets for the meal that night - a choice between lasagne, fish and chips, or lamb shanks. We had the lamb shanks and fish and chips. They were both tasty, generous helpings. The only thing was that they came in a cardboard takeaway box which took some of the ambience away of eating in a charming old pub. But we were well fed and the wine was good too. We stayed near the pub as it was closer to the facilities. The toilets were blocked the night we stayed, and we didn’t end up having a shower after hearing that some had been cold. The weather was too cold to risk that! As we were only staying one night and payment was by donation, we couldn’t complain. We had a lovely fire at our campsite and the sunset was spectacular.
