Dr Nathaniel Smith looked after our two dogs at their Health Check / Vaccination appointment last week. One of our doggies was extremely scared and anxious going in (as he always is) and Dr Nathaniel Smith was so kind, understanding and empathetic with him. He went above and beyond with his level of care, was incredibly thorough and took the time to discuss everything with us in detail and explain what we didn’t understand. The friendly staff at the front counter as you walk in are always welcoming and attentive. The clinic is impeccable in all ways. ♥️🐾
