I took my two and three year old today and was excited for them to have fun. The playground looked amazing and had so much to offer, but it was just way too hot inside. The air conditioning did not seem to be cooling the space down enough, and my kids got flustered quickly and just wanted to leave.

The customer service could have been better too. The guy at the counter did not seem very enthusiastic, and when I mentioned how hot it was, I felt like he did not take it seriously. We only stayed for about twenty minutes, which was disappointing because it looked like such a great place.

Maybe it is not always like this, I am not sure, but if the cooling was improved, this would be an amazing spot for kids to enjoy.

Not recommended for birthdays if you book the venue.
We went in 2024 and they had a cornered area for parties which was tight but serviceable.

Roll around to 2025 and they’ve moved the party area to the mezzanine. There were 2 tables crammed in like sardines which are for 2 groups.
If your table happens to be at the back you have to walk through the other birthday party going.

They still have the old party area which is better for the AC but they’re using it for storing a few items.

They could easily fit the two party areas on the mezzanine if they put one on the east side and one on the west side instead of 2 metres apart crammed into one end.

Another annoying part is the 90 minutes in the area before they shun you away to anywhere in the complex you can fit. All because they want to start another party during yours.

The host was decent however with the games she played.

For the price you pay of $45 or so per kid you get next to nothing when normal entry is around $20. Where the extra costs are I’m uncertain.

2024 would’ve been 3 or 4 star. 2025 is for sure a 1 star.

Fun for all ages. Better if you have upper body strength but even without it's still fun to try. The new under 7 kids playground is amazing for the little ones

The kids loves this place, not a cozy place for parents to sit downstairs, upstairs is alright and you can buy a drink and chips the kids having fun. It needs something new now, change some things around or add something maybe more music lights colour special cool drawings on walls of Ninja Figurines like Bruce Lee? And have Challenges Get a price if you manage to run up the wall? Collect coins? Achievements to keep the buzz up. Something extra ordinary would be cool, Like a Ninja Badge! For completing the wall!

Absolutely amazing! If you have an hour or 3 to kill in Townsville and you've got kids, teens or adults that need to burn some energy, this is a great place to do it.

$20 for 1 hour or $30 for 2 hours. Air conditioned and has a cafe and viewing platform. Definitely recommend it!

Took my son and a couple of his friends for my son’s birthday. They all had a ball. The equipment was well maintained and varied in skill levels so challenged each of the kids in different ways. The staff were amazing, super accomodating & were happy to show the boys how to get through some of the obstacles & give them pointers. Will definitely come back again.
Very happy kids who didn’t stop talking about their day of being ninjas for weeks. Highly recommend.

Shout out to two staff at Ninja Parc Townsville (Jake and Austin). We took 5 kids aged between 7 years and 12 years, to the Centre and these two staff were absolutely wonderful and their service was professional and great. The kids had a ball….Thanks guys. We well and truely got our moneys worth and will be back
