Attractive website, terrible service.

Ningi: After browsing the website, I decided on the type of massage I wanted. On arrival, I was not given any option, I was told cash payment only and hurried away into the room by a lady who appeared very strict and in a hurry - nothing relaxing about it at all. Although there was a sign offering health fund rebates at the front, I was not asked for my health fund details and when I offered the card, I was told to put it away.
The massage was often painful and when I asked the masseuse to stop working an area, or to concentrate on an area, she seemed to not understand.
70% of the massage was nice, but I came out in as much pain as I went in with and was left feeling very dissatisfied. Would not recommend.
