Such a fantastic location! The rooms were spotless, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier. Despite having a hotel bar next door open until 4 am, we didn’t hear a peep. We wish we’d stayed another night—it was so peaceful and relaxing. My son had the best sleep ever; the beds were unbelievably comfortable!

I stayed here for a couple of nights while my son was at school camp next door.

My expectations were low to be honest.

HOWEVER….every staff member that I dealt with were just wonderful; whether it be the lady on reception or the restaurant/bar staff. All were welcoming, kind and accommodating. I’ve stayed in many 5*’s and not received the same quality service.

The food was really nice and reasonably priced.

The room was nice and clean but the glass doors definitely need updating. Lovely updated snug bathroom.

The cold water in the fridge and complimentary drink voucher was an excellent, unexpected gesture.

Wow!!! Room not quite ready … without asking was offered complimentary wine..Thankyou Brooke! Reception staff so friendly & happy!! It has been awhile to receive such good service. Have been to more luxurious accommodation with staff sitting on mobiles & lucky to get a grunt out of them! Gavin, the handyman, made my day with such a chirpy attitude! Room is nice & clean , quite spacious. Hopefully dinner & service will be as nice. Don’t usually put a review at beginning of stay but the staff really do need to be commended😃

We had to book somewhere at short notice and we did not know the area very well, so booked a place at Nightcap Waterfront because the pictures on the webpage looked good.
When we arrived we were over the moon at how great the room was, so clean and modern and comfortable, and how easy it was to book in, and the staff were so very friendly and helpful

We came really early so they asked cleaning for early check👍. The girls helped so much and helpful and friendly. Having a place to go on the water and of the main road was great. Had dinner in the pub next door(no driving). Loved it

The rooms are basic and a little over priced, especially if you get the room with balcony facing into the car park. It would of been nice if there was a toaster for breakfast.
Beds were clean and comfortable. Room was tidy and clean.
Room service is great, yummy food and reasonably priced.
Yes I would stay there again but with a river view room.

We were a late booking at about 8.30pm and BigProps to Mike who checked us in. He was awesome and a credit to the company. He went out of his way for us not once but twice and it was his assistance that made our stay worth while.
