I travel and stay in hotels about 4 days in 10, I usually stay in 4-5 star hotels and this was a last minute booking out of convenience as it's close to the airport and I have a red-eye flight.

Cannot say how much I've been impressed and what a hidden gem this is.

The service from the three staff I've encountered so far was not only incredibly friendly and above and beyond, but also just genuine like.. they actually liked their jobs and cared.
The recent renovations are very tastefully done, little room but great use of space, styling, super clean and (for me at least) the bed and most importantly the pillows are just damn comfortable, I'm not sure where you guys get your pillows from but can you send Oaks Plaza and the Stanford here your dealer? 👀

Also just ordered some lovely lamb shank from the restaurant onsite and pleasantly surprised again by quality and quantity.

I'm absolutely terrible with names for which I apologize, but shout-out to Steven and.. sorry, either Anthony or Michael 😳 my memory is not a reflection on your wonderful and friendly service I hope.

Quick overnight stay with a late check-in proved surprisingly good.
The bed was fantastic and one of the best renovated, budget conscious hotels I've ever stayed at. The shower and bathroom were really high-end and tastefully done.
The roo.s are small but perfect for travellers that want a great, budget option near the airport. Definitely coming back and highly recommended.

Stayed at The Nightcap at the Rex Hotel in Adelaide. Not my choice, booked by work.
The place was under major renovation.. No kitchen or food, no reception. When I checked in there was no hot water , it never came back on.. No amount of new tiles, room furnishings or paint will make this more than it is,, 1-2 star at best.

Best room for Values!!!!! Food is great! People are so friendly! Manager Carrie is my fav!!! She makes me feel so welcomed during Australian Masters Games 2023.

Highly recommended , easy access to everywhere great staff, nothing was too much trouble. Newly renovated cosy rooms very clean definitely be staying here in the future
