Customer service, hospitality could do with some work, extra long wait to check in for room if you can't do stairs don't book room as there are two flights. We received 10% Discount for the meal and a free drink each because we had a room booked. Food was ok I wouldn't revisit Bistro. Even though they had a self-serve salad and hot veggies bar with every main meal, it was dirty other customers breathing all over it and just no care for other customers, nothing left by the time we got our meals. The accommodation was a nice King bed clean room, and a great shower. A bit of noise from the room across woke us up a couple of times, after a 12 hour drive it was ok.

I pre booked online and received a quick polite check-in service upon arrival & check out was a breeze. A free drink voucher, 2 bottles of water & 2 packets of lollies on the bed as a welcome treat. It's the small things that make the difference 🫂

Our "Studio King & Single" Room was spacious and clean, everything looked modern and seemed recently renovated. There is no microwave in the room or elevator so guests have to walk up the stairs.

Had a family event to attend. The young man at reception was very helpful and courteous. The staff in Bistro and Bar were very friendly and the food was excellent. Beds were comfortable and rooms very clean. Bottles of water in fridge and bags of lollies on the bed. Only one problem was another patron late at night making noise but a staff member came up to sort it quite quickly.

I was in Adelaide on business and had to visit a client for work.

The Tavern was nearby. It was clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The only issue I experienced was that some of the other guests were very noisy in the middle of the night. This made it very hard to sleep.
Also I had a service dog with me and noticed there were no bins when I had to take her out to toilet.

Fabulous place for a stopover. Clean room, bed was super huge and comfortable with a softer mattress. No toaster but a kettle. The tavern downstairs serves a good pub meal. The room was very quiet but no windows to open for fresh air. And one flight of stairs to carry up your luggage. For the price, a great room

For the price had a very nice stay. Room is small, but has king size bed, clean and comfortable. Got a free drink voucher at the bar and 10%discount for dinner. Had a beef schnitzel for dinner with chips and a buffet salad and vege bar included Staff were helpful and friendly. Had a coin operated laundry next to the room so could wash all the work clothes. Was nice and quiet. Would definitely stay again.
