This is a great quiet place to stay in Adelaide, and great value at $99 a night when I booked. It is located a little ways away from the CBD but the frequent G10 bus will get you there and back almost all hours of the day, making this hotel's location still incredibly convenient.

Service was mostly exceptional here, modern, spacious and clean rooms, and they even left me a couple extra bottles of water in the fridge and a bag of lollies to help get through the extreme heatwave when I stayed. Much appreciated and very thoughtful :).

The only downside would be the bistro downstairs - good selection of drinks but when I stayed their kitchen was out of action and were only serving a limited amount of foods that were not very appealing. However there are a few eateries nearby and always able to get to the city quickly and easily, so not a deal breaker.

The room was generally clean. The hotel doesn’t have a heating system — only air conditioners that cool, which made the stay uncomfortable during colder weather.What really affected my experience, though, was an encounter with one of the staff members. While some staff were fine, one older lady made a deeply inappropriate and racist comment about me as I was returning to my room. There had been no real interaction between us that could justify such a remark — it was unprovoked and very hurtful. I felt extremely uncomfortable and disrespected.No one should have to experience this kind of treatment, especially in a place meant to be welcoming. Unfortunately, that incident has left a lasting negative impression on what could have been a neutral or even positive stay.

First thing to mention Staff are great. The parking is also unbelievable with lots of room and easy access. The rooms are just right and were very comfortable. Lots of shops around for food to pick from to.

WOW we were so impressed with this hotel and its friendly staff. We arrived here at 7.00pm on 19/10/24 after a 9 hr drive. We were immediately made to feel welcome by the 2 members of staff who gave us sweets and some drinks vouchers along with our room keys. There was a limited food menu available but we were informed there was lots of fast food take aways in the area which we could bring back to our room if we wanted. Upon entering our room we were pleasantly suprised. WOW we couldn’t fault the room it was clean modern, extremely well designed with the comfiest beds we have ever slept in. There was air-con in the room which was very quiet. The shower was amazing, shampoo and body wash along with fresh clean towels were provided. There was tea/coffee facilities and biscuits along with water in the fridge. Even the carpet looked new. I would 100% recommend staying here a huge shout out to all the members of staff we spoke to on arrival and leaving the following Morning who were very warm and welcoming.

Great value for money. Room seems to be recently renovated. Room Has all you need for a basic stay. Free car parking and room was air conditioned. Didn’t hear any noise from the pub.

This would be the perfect spot to stay if the dining room was operating. The staff are fantastic and offered solutions to the dining which was awesome.Our room was all that we needed. Bed was super comfortable, and the room was lovely and clean.

Overall I was very impressed with my stay.
The room was extremely clean and well maintained, everything looked new and the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable.
Would highly recommend Nightcap at Empire.
Only recommendation I would suggest is placing a bell or buzzer at the check in counter. I was standing there a little while, made a bit of noise, and ended up walking to the pokies side where I was met with a worker who didn't seem impressed he had to get interrupted and get the manager to check me in.
The manager was amazing, very friendly and helpful.
