Staff in the front desk are super friendly, house keeping staff are fabulous in their work. They kept my room clean and tidy. The neighbourhood is also good , everything you will find there nearby. The restaurant food here serve best and tasty food too.

Disadvantage : The wifi was very poor that's why 1 less rating

Quick overnight stay in Emerald. The Parking Entrance was incredibly difficult to locate! Tip is to go through the BWS drive through.

The room was clean, and beds comfty, however the bathroom hadn't been cleaned well, with the previous guests hair still in the shower. Additionally the WIFI was incredibly poor - nearby not usable, and the Air-conditioning inadequate for this area especially given the 39 degree day.

Decided to have meal in there restaurant and it was fantastic, both myself and husband had steaks and fussy about them 😊 medium/rare ☺️☺️ both cooked to perfection 🥰

2 out of 3 is not bad.
I travel a lot and look for 3 things in a motel.
1. Cleanliness - this is a deal breaker and these rooms were well maintained and clean. the carpet was very stained but as clean as it could be.
2. Bedding - Must be comfy with good quality linen . The beds were fairly new with decent pillow and good quality linen
3. A good shower - Good water pressure and good temp - unfortunately this was a big fail, there was little to NO water pressure with it impossible to get a good shower. also the shower head was small and busted.

Other than these the TV was good, air-con worked really well and the fridge was cold. Food in the attached pub was also of high quality.

Parking was very tight but adequate.

Clean room, comfortable bed, good water pressure in shower and everything worked.
Pub itself only had bistro, sports bar (very loud TV), pokie den and beer garden (aka smokers pit).

stayed here just one night, on my way to capella, and everything was perfect, the room was super clean, and the girl in reception was really kind also, i would like to stay there again !

Okay for a trip out for work.
But just some notes about the stay.
• the onsite car park at the back of the hotel is an absolute nightmare to park in.
• aircon filter light was on, and it didn’t seem to be working at full capacity. Had to turn it down to 16 just to get the room cool enough to be comfortable
• the light at the desk/bench doesn’t work
• 1 of the bulbs in the main light was out
• there’s a sign at the front that points you in the direction of the reception. However the door to reception/bistro was locked. Had to walk through the pokie room and then through to the bar and ask about how to check in.
On the plus side, the food at the restaurant was 10/10.

First of all, parking. It's woefully inadequate. Very small parking spaces only suitable for tiny cars. There were mainly twin cab utes parked there so it was very tight. The entrance area to the car park space was grotty. The room was basic. Complete with stains on sheets and pillows and a tiny bathroom/toilet. The beds were super soft which to me is very uncomfortable (and of course firmness of bedding is a personal preference). The shower recess could be cleaned better, the hand basin was chipped and the insect screening had disintegrated.
And with the sound of rubbish trucks emptying the skip bins next door early in the morning there was no sleep in. I could go on but this is basic accommodation.
