Very convenient and comfortable hotel. Rooms are lovely, beds are very comfortable. Equipped with everything you could need. I ordered room service from the restaurant (10% discount if you show your room key), the food was great. Free drink voucher for the bar, and free bottled water in the mini fridge. Soundproof. Free onsite parking.

Was good value. We had the family room (slept 6), and it was spacious and well set out. We didn't eat downstairs, but there is a pub/bar/bistro as part of the hotel. We would stay here again. Staff also very friendly.

Room was clean and surrounding was quiet. Hubby was not happy I booked in a "pub" not a hotel 😆 however, at the end of a tiring day in Surfers Paradise, hubby was happy claiming our free drink in the pub. He got beer, I and another friend got wine and enjoyed a nice time in the bar before going up our room.

My husband and daughter could not get in without me as booking was under my name and I was at my the function on the boat at Marina Mirage.I had to then be picked up up early to enable us to access accommodation. Apart from that everything else was great 👍 Clean room, comfortable beds.

Exceptional Stay!

I couldn't wait to share my feedback before checking out because our experience here has been outstanding. The room layout is excellent, spotlessly clean with a modern bathroom and a wonderfully comfortable bed. Despite arriving late at 7:30 PM to a lively bistro/bar downstairs, our room was impressively insulated from any noise. We opted for room service, which was prompt, generous portions, and the food was absolutely delicious. This hotel has far exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly choose to stay here again if I'm ever in the area. Highly recommended!

These guys seriously saved our family late last night after a camping mishap our hire camper van sprung a leak and all our beds were getting wet late at night called these guys can they were so kind and friendly got us into a really nice family room for the night gave us some free drinks for all of us beds were super comfortable shower was amazing would 100% stay here again and I 10 out of 10 recommend to anyone looking to say here Ceelic was so unbelievably helpful thank you again!
